This is seriously one of the best property management companies I've rented from. Any issues I've had they've fixed them. Pest control is monthly (in Chicago that's the best). And they've always worked with me in a time of need! They are seriously fantastic! I've been with them for almost 3 years now and I hope to be with them longer! Big shout out to Carmen!!
We've rented from a few management companies over the past 20+ years, and Krenger has been the best by far.
Nice apartments in a nice area, but not very organized or polite. My appointment was never confirmed on their end according to them and I had to prompt them to see the apartment, at which I waited for 20 minutes to be assisted. I was told I was contacted, but I received nothing (this may have been the fault of my service provider for my phone, so I place no blame on anyone but me for that). I am not sure why they do not send emails to confirm things in writing, that would be much easier and more concise. The representative I spoke with treated me like I was wasting her time even though she called me, and based on this interaction I can't say I recommend their services.
Great experience renting from Krenger! The staff are very nice and professional. My emails and phone calls are always answered in a timely fashion and maintenance issues are taken care of right away. Affordable property too!

I have had a wonderful experience with the Krenger Company. Everyone in the office is attentive, polite and professional. Their apartments are nice and are affordable. You can't go wrong! :)
I've only been renting with them for awhile but so far they have been great. They have done repairs well and efficiently. Whenever, I come into the office they are friendly and kind. They have also been very open about the methods of payment I can use for rent. Also on the day, when I had my first viewing they showed me a great place and then were able to squeeze in showing me a second great place right across the way.
This is best company I have ever had a bussiness.

I set up a showing 4 days ago, and I called earlier today to confirm my appointment. The office confirmed the address and time. I stood outside for 20 minutes and no one ever showed up.
