Bought a refurbished Samsung fridge and open box dryer and washer in july 2015, and all 3 still work great!!! I saved a couple thousand dollars by shopping here..

BEWARE. these guys sell appliances that have been FRANKENSTEIN'D . We bought a Samsung fridge that failed and when the we paid a repairman to come out turns out it was completely rigged with screws that didn't match and the computer board has been wired crudely in place. The real fridge from the manufacturer comes with it clipped . It looked pathetic when the repairman opened it up and showed up. This place is a con. Reporting them to BBB but buyer beware is the best thing to do here. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I had been looking for the 3 ppliances microwave range and dishwasher for a while. All stores lowes home depot and Sears charge an astronomical price to install and you are forced to buy their 99.99$ install kit plus pay the install. And they had a habit of changing prices too
I only need microwave installed as it is otr however these guys did everything install delivery cleanup etc. Even though I made a wrong microwave choice. Hugo came back next day with a new one and installed. All 3 appliances less than $1000 Best purchases and installs I ever had in my life. Glad they are here.

Really good prices. Those guys know what they doing. I will be back to buy more appliances.

Highly recommend this place if you are shopping for appliances, a friend of mine told me to go take a look there before I buy something new at full price in another store. I purchased a refregirator, washer and dryer 7 months ago, had great service from Paul, had no problems with the appliances so far. Bought a brand new washer/ dryer still in the original packaging, no dent, no damage and was 500$ less than full price at Home depot or Lowes. Fridge I chose had a couple of dents and scratches, Paul offered me to order brand new drawers from Samsung and change them once they receive the pieces. I got a call back from them 3 weeks later and they sent me a technician at my house to swap the damaged drawers with the new ones. Was easy, they followed up quickly, didn't need to make a ton of phone calls, they have great customer service. On the delivery day, they had the wrong washer/dryer in the truck but the guys noticed before they took them inside the house, they just went back to pick up the right ones at the warehouse and came back 2 hrs later to deliver them, everything went smootly and they took care of everything! Very happy with my purchase and the money I saved. I recommended this place to some of my friends and they also purchased appliances there, they were all happy with the customer service and savings they made! It is a warehouse, it's not a fancy store, but it's worth a stop if you are shopping for appliances, they have a lot of inventory, even brand new stuff, not damaged, no scratch and no dents. Overall I saved about 500$ on a brand new washer/ dryer and another 500$ on a brand new fridge with a small dent on the door.

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a $6,000 Thermador built in fridge from them in November 2020 - the ice maker and freezer light never worked. Paul sent someone out to confirm that it was in fact broken and confirmed it was covered under my 90 day warranty then never sent anyone out again. I tried for four long months to get somewhere with Paul and he just flat out ignored me despite multiple attempts. What a horrible business man - please please please avoid this guy. I would have rather paid full price for a working fridge. I ended up spending another $1100 to get it operational.

Paid $100 for delivery and installation of washer and drier. They said they need to take out the doors to my laundry, of to have more room to work. They did. They installed the washer and drier and ran a test. I was downstairs. They came down and told me the washer is gonna run for a while... They left and i go upstairs, cause the washer makes some noises (like a melody, that was the end of the cycle, i guess), to find one of the doors broken. Caled the office, Vinny was supposed to take care of it (at least, this is what he said). He asked for pictures, i sent him some close ups and some general pics of the broken door. That s it. After that, he totally ignored my messages.

Great prices was worth driving around block. Tony was very helpful.

Vinnie was very nice and had patience with me. I changed my mind a few times. Delivery was a breeze. Only problem was he sold something I asked him to hold. Other than that a nice experience.

Great prices on top of the line appliances. Most are scratch and dent but they will replace doors for a small fee

Impossible to find. It's really just a commercial warehouse with Scratch and Dent appliances. Went with a buddy to buy new appliances for his kitchen. I think he could have gotten a better deal but he didn't really haggle

Tony was very helpful. We bought a dryer from him and he was able to get us a matching washer the next day. Great prices on new appliances.

Caution: first this website is not up to date, therefore these prices and appliances are not available. If you are looking for Junk! then this is the place for you. Some of the appliances we look at appeared they have thrown around the warehouse and attacked with baseball bats.One salesperson who might have been the owner, but this dark and dirty place has nothing to offer. The old saying is you get what you pay for, here at this place you get nothing for what you pay for.

Best prices on high end appliances. Open box, but you ll save 50%+. Nice guys, too.

They have a huge selection and at great prices. Tony was super nice, and helped us load the cheapest washer I ve ever purchased. Will definitely be back for other appliances!

Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!! My Samsung fridge had an issue so I called my home warranty and they won t repair it because both serial numbers have been ripped off including the one inside the fridge!!! I bought it 2 years ago from this place. Never again.

Cant beat this place. New items for sometimes half the price. Check tho for scratches and dents. That's how they are able to offer such amazing deals. Not all have them and some are not noticeable

Beware. Look at reviews on Yelp and Better Business Bureau. I ordered multiple items from this company. Very unprofessional. Some items came ok with a number of rescheduling by them. Dishwashers came dented and missing parts, ice maker was missing parts and the BBQ had a huge dent. I have been waiting for fridge and microwave for four months that they told me I had to pay them in cash for in advance. Excuse after excuse as to why they have not been delivered. I stoped by their store today and the items were no place to be found. Have been asking for pictures with no success. This place will not be in business long with this service level. I am now forced to peruse legal action which I don t like to do. Feels like a ponzi scheme....

I have now had a few really good experiences with Smart Buy and this review is long overdue. I was initially directed to them by my friend who runs a large property management company. I have found the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. Best off, I have gotten some really big discounts on high end appliances. They buy dinks and dents from big box stores that they fix with replacement parts. Warranty costs are very reasonable.

There is no storefront or showroom, it's literally just a warehouse with an opened roll gate. Appliances are stacked everywhere and it's actually a bit odd first time you walk in but this is one way they keep the prices down. Note that it can be hard to find. It's in the back of the building so you don't pull in on Valley View, you need to turn east at the intersection and come in behind the building.

In my experience, the customer service has been great. I had a small blemish on the face of an oven I bought - noticed it during install. They had the replacement ordered that day and installed within a week.

I highly recommend checking them out. Ask for Tony.

I knew before I walked in the door I was going to find exactly what I needed.

Great customer service. We purchased a used built-in fridge and unfortunately it had a few things that needed to be fixed once it was installed. They were great about getting everything fixed and went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of after the purchase. I will be buying most of my appliances from here in the future.

I have bought several appliances from here for my properties with no issues and a great price. There are some fantastic deals inside this warehouse and it's worth a look.

Called before I went to the warehouse. Showed up and waited an hour and they couldn t find my item. Then told me he wouldn t stop everything to look! The place is disorganized and inventory and website do not match. While waiting, I learned and watched a customer pick up an order they never paid for. After making me wait an hour and insulting me he says he has to speak to the other manager to see if they can find it. WTH! Why didn t you call him an hour ago?! Appliances are at minimum 3 years old, scratched, dented and some are missing parts.

Got a great appliance for half of what it cost at Best Buy. The only imperfection was one tiny, near-imperceptible ding. The guys who installed did a great job and even showed me why the previous item in that spot, a DW, was always tipping forward, which no other handyman, plumber, etc. had ever figured out and instead just said that the tipping could not be fixed. This company could not have been better. Will go back there for more appliances for sure.
