And the after sales service is execrable.

Horrible! Reservations all refused with the bonus of a debit on my account of 1000 in the wind. Following that I phone smartbox ... Result? Someone who hangs up, someone who gets angry when you demand reimbursement. If I could have put 0 stars I would have.
