I bought my car July 2017 needless to say it s still under warranty. I took it in at the Cainta chev dealer to get the horn checked and the shadow light on the drivers side. THE HORN HAS NO SOUND!! Initially they said they had service and will check what the problem was. Only to tell me my horn was not working duhhh!! They asked me to take my car to Pasig or Shaw. I m afraid to take the car at long distance without the horn working. Then they said they need to request for warranty papers approval that it will take 2 to 3 days to order the parts. It s been 8 days no response yet from the Cainta dealer. How long does it take to get a god damn horn?? You are giving a bad name to Chevrolet!! And as far as the shadow light they won t even fix it they want to charge me 4K for a shadow light. Ridiculous!! Rip off team!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY A CHEVROLET THEY DO NOT HAVE PARTS TO HONOR THE WARRANTY ON YOUR CARS...THIEVES!!!
