Smart turnout? Extraordinary. I was on vacation in London and bought a watch and a bracelet there. Unfortunately, during the year two bars indicating the hours fell. So I reached out to customer service and ran into someone great: John. He did all the paperwork and managed to send me a new watch !!! And that's not all: he also gave me a new bracelet which costs about twenty euros and a pocket to store my watch !!!!!! Frankly I highly recommend and congratulate their more than exceptional customer service

It's a very British shop ... it's a must-visit shopping destination in London. The staff at the store are very friendly and the prices are great for the British goods and the textures are very good.

How can I start?! I came to the store, last year late November and I purchased a Classic watch and 4 leather straps. Staff in store was amazing. I even managed to have a lovely discount courtesy of Leila. She and the staff working in there, were really helpful and I hope I will be coming back soon and purchase more fabric straps and a few bags!!
