I have been using this firm for 15 years. Since 2002. I originally liked there service the last 2 years they have not been of any help. They just tell me i will have to write a letter or make the phone calls my self. I dont need an attorney to read a letter to me i need advice. Heather has been worthless in my opinion and of no help. I will be cancelling my prepaid service. And just start paying directly for and attorney somewhere else. Recommend mot using this firm. They don't care about you.
