I worked for them to check and my experience with them is bad. They told me there is an examination while you are in the car, and after I came and paid the money, I was asked to enter the building. Also, they told me that the result appears after 4 to 12 hours and the result did not appear until 24 hours, and I am still waiting. The lab is keen on the logo, colors, and outward appearance, but the work and dates are bad and incorrect. I hope management will activate internal control and follow up on clients.

This is not a critique of the service or the customer service for that matter, we have nothing to complain about in that regard. The main issue we faced was trying to explain the difference between Mr., Mrs., and Ms. to a representative. This might come as a shock, but Mr. is not "just" a genderless label, it actually holds a meaning which signifies the person's gender. Yes, there is a gender field in the certificate, but the name field should also reflect the person's gender if it will include the person's title. A solution would be to disregard the title all together whilst keeping the gender field. Wasting time arguing with someone that Mister Sarah( Mr. Sarah ) is wrong because Mr. == Mister, and sarah is a girl's name did not help anyone.

I do acknowledge that shedding light on this minute-insignificant-issue when compared to the general experience and services provided by smartlab, is not indicative of anything bad. I just hope that they can further improve their current level of professionalism by either focusing on the details or educating their employees in matters of professional grade documentation.

I would not advise them above the hour so that I received the certificate of the result and the branch, so there is no crowd of any reviewers in order to amend the name, match it with the permissibility and make a mistake 3 times with the name and above the price is expensive and now complete two hours of your calls

Too bad. After the examination, they said the initial result after a quarter of an hour and now two hours, and they did not send anything. They were contacted, and they apologized that it did not raise the swab. The top of the barbs just pulled flooos.
