This is not a critique of the service or the custo...

This is not a critique of the service or the customer service for that matter, we have nothing to complain about in that regard. The main issue we faced was trying to explain the difference between Mr., Mrs., and Ms. to a representative. This might come as a shock, but Mr. is not "just" a genderless label, it actually holds a meaning which signifies the person's gender. Yes, there is a gender field in the certificate, but the name field should also reflect the person's gender if it will include the person's title. A solution would be to disregard the title all together whilst keeping the gender field. Wasting time arguing with someone that Mister Sarah( Mr. Sarah ) is wrong because Mr. == Mister, and sarah is a girl's name did not help anyone.

I do acknowledge that shedding light on this minute-insignificant-issue when compared to the general experience and services provided by smartlab, is not indicative of anything bad. I just hope that they can further improve their current level of professionalism by either focusing on the details or educating their employees in matters of professional grade documentation.
