This place needs to be shut down its a scam. Trevor seems like he's just trying to get through his day very lame. Never gives any real advice he doesn't even take notes leaves it blank. He just talks about personal things instead of plan. I have pictures of him sitting at a desk doing nothing no paper work nothing just sits there. This place is a total waste of 800$ THERMO BOOST Chipped my TOOTH!!! I got sick after visiting here they don't clean anything their nasty rude people
Definitely will lose weight if you follow the plan, however I find the the snacks disgusting and the supplements are ridiculously overpriced.
A few of the " counselor's" have been helpful and others have been rude and don't seem to have any knowledge regarding what they are selling.
I'm disappointed with the process, they are not honest and upfront and make it so I don't want to go in for the check-ins.
I agree with the other reviewer. I lost a lot of inches very quickly but only after their initial drinks put my body into ketogenic shock. I was so sick and flu like I had to stay home for several days. They didn't warn me of this potential side effect. They require you to buy their nasty snacks that are crazy over priced and FILLED with ingredients you've never heard of. Completely unhealthy stuff when the whole point is to eat healthier. I don't get it. They're really nice at first and once they get their money, they are rude and unhelpful. And if you don't stick to it you will gain the weight back VERY quickly and may never get it back. It's very unfortunate because I've had some health issues and would love to get back on it but the way I was treated and the nasty snacks I'm required to buy make me think twice.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a terrible experience with the manager Diane! She was mean, rude, and made me feel very belittled! I am a client with the Parker center and she called me for a few issues I was having at that location. She asked me to come in Monday (today) to restart prep. When I told her I had some physical therapy for my son she got real snarky and said "Didn't you have all this figured out and scheduled before you started the program." For one it is NONE of her business when and how I take care of my children. I am doing what is best for them. I will never go back and what makes matters even worse is I am a returning customer! It worked for me 7 years ago and I was excited to restart. I only made it to the last day of prep and did the class. When they were supposed to counsel me the counselor took another client while he was explaining the program to me and wasted even more of my time (I had been there over a hour). Please do not use SlimGenics they just want more and more money out of you!
