Had a great experience , when we walked in they greeted us and patiently waited while we shopped. They had a watch that I have been searching for for a long time and they gave me a great price on it and we also bought some earrings for our daughter ...

My 12 yr old son got his first silver chain here and the proprietor was great. She treated him like a grownup and gave us good advice about the product.

I was visiting my daughter and happened to see a beautiful RADO timepiece on the window while walking through Chinatown. I stopped and talked with Paul (owner) and he spent some time describing watch. I had not seen this particular watch anywhere else. But, since I was visiting from East Coast and not familiar with Goldwing, I decided to pass on purchase. Did some on line reviews on both watch and Goldwing, I went back following day and had a very pleasant experience with both Paul and his daughter Connie and ended up purchasing the watch. Paul was kind enough to put a brand new battery in and was masterful in resizing the band. This was a real find and the owners are excellent to deal with. Great store and great service.
This and Tourneau are my favorite watch shops in SF. The owner s daughter is super-friendly and a watch nerd. They ve got a great selection of Casios and Seikos. Pictured is the Casio I purchased a couple of years ago.
