Great team and excellent system design. SLH worked with us to design several AV systems, whole home audio, internet, and the security system. In a home with two teenagers, the internet gets a lot of demand and we have not experienced the slightest issue. Love the automation and home audio. Overall great work and the installation team did a great job throughout the process. Highly recommend.
We ve used SLH for multiple projects over the past 10 years. They have great customer service and they are very professional throughout the entire process, beginning to end. During the installation process the technicians are friendly and respectful to us and our home. They are always helpful when explaining the work taking place and thorough in the final review when the work is complete. There s no doubt that we will look to have more work done in the future. We had a lightning strike take out an obsolete intercom system. We tried working with other company that did the initial install but they were no help. Don and crew at SLH came to Rochester area and looked at the system and found us a replacement. They were fast, efficient and showed us how to use it. We are so thankful for their attention to find a solution. Cant thank them enough. We love the system and work they did to get this completed!!!

Don and his team did a great job updating my system. We bought a new house that had a complex integrated audio/video system. It was a mess...wires and equipment all over the place. Don's team removed the obsolete wiring and equipment and installed a new, simpler system. It's very intuitive and easy to use. We're thrilled with the result. Avoid at all cost! We have had other security systems before and never had any issues with service for product. Although the technicians themselves were fine, this company failed beyond every level of significance. The security system itself has problems - including an extremely loud countdown that cannot be adjusted unless done manually in settings every single time, constant low battery alarms, glitches in arming and disarming, and screen graphics that cannot be seen easily. The real problem however, came when we actually addressed these issues. The owner was extremely rude to the point of threatening. He actually told me that all sales were final! No customer care whatsoever. I've never given a bad review before but I really feel the need to warn people about this company! Please advise others!
SLH did a great job installing my low voltage and making everything run. I moved in and every t.v. and music device worked, they worked with my internet supplier and I had wifi up and running from day one! Our household didn't skip a beat and haven't had a hiccup.

Don and his team at SLH did everything that they had promised and more. The installation technicians were top notch and very professional. We are very happy with our products that were purchased and can't wait to use them for years to come.
Our house WiFi was never very good and with all of the modern demands, it had to be replaced. SLH gave us wired Ethernet to the most critical locations and a system of WiFi that blankets the entire house. And should we need to modify the setup in the future (change from satellite to cable, for example) the design of this installation will make that very easy. The techs were great! They were amazingly efficient and cleaned up everything when they were done.
While the up front sale went great, I recently had a failure that is covered under the manufacturers warranty. I have never received such poor customer service as trying to get support from SLH. Absolutely no after sale support from Don or SLH. He was flat out rude and basically told me he didn t want to deal with it and I should contact another Beam dealer. I ll be finding someone else who can take care of their customers.
SLH installed a home theater system that also includes a separate zone for the pool table. They integrated our requests easily and worked within our constraints. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experiences multiple times over 8 years, since we moved in back in 2011. We have well over 15K invested into our system with SLH. Our home automation equipment, which includes audio, lighting throughout the home @ $300 per switch, multiple TV's, and security cameras (IP cameras that aren't hooked up as IP cameras) came highly recommended by SLH but are no longer supported, while our security cameras have been disconnected for over a year. SLH tells us there's nothing they can do, other than replace the system with an entirely new system. Do not use this company. Your bill will be well over what is expected every single time, and if your 8 year old hardware system no longer works, they will simply tell you that you are SOL.
We have 8 TV s, 24 switches, surround sound, and 4 IP cameras.
Don - we pulled 2 receivers out, brought 1 back, and purchased a new one. They were hooked back up for the $800 you charged, but now our 8 YEAR old hardware isn t supported.
We did not removed any TV s from the home but 1. We removed 2 receivers. Everything else stayed.
Started using SLH at one of my businesses and everything went so well we added them another business and our home. Customer service is great, professional install. Would recommend them to anyone
