Avoid at all cost! We have had other security systems before and never had any issues with service for product. Although the technicians themselves were fine, this company failed beyond every level of significance. The security system itself has problems - including an extremely loud countdown that cannot be adjusted unless done manually in settings every single time, constant low battery alarms, glitches in arming and disarming, and screen graphics that cannot be seen easily. The real problem however, came when we actually addressed these issues. The owner was extremely rude to the point of threatening. He actually told me that all sales were final! No customer care whatsoever. I've never given a bad review before but I really feel the need to warn people about this company! Please advise others!
