Very disappointing experiences multiple times over...

Very disappointing experiences multiple times over 8 years, since we moved in back in 2011. We have well over 15K invested into our system with SLH. Our home automation equipment, which includes audio, lighting throughout the home @ $300 per switch, multiple TV's, and security cameras (IP cameras that aren't hooked up as IP cameras) came highly recommended by SLH but are no longer supported, while our security cameras have been disconnected for over a year. SLH tells us there's nothing they can do, other than replace the system with an entirely new system. Do not use this company. Your bill will be well over what is expected every single time, and if your 8 year old hardware system no longer works, they will simply tell you that you are SOL.

We have 8 TV s, 24 switches, surround sound, and 4 IP cameras.

Don - we pulled 2 receivers out, brought 1 back, and purchased a new one. They were hooked back up for the $800 you charged, but now our 8 YEAR old hardware isn t supported.

We did not removed any TV s from the home but 1. We removed 2 receivers. Everything else stayed.
