About 25 minutes from the airport. Nice area with long beach.
Services are good, the staffs are very friendly.
Maybe still a new area, therefore not much shops or stores or restaurants in the surrounding area.
One thing I noticed it's their color scheme, especially the pedestrians with steps/stairs, they are all the same colors or similar color, easy to mistaken there are no steps and get trip or stumble.
Rooms are good, some with private pool, some villa with beachfront view. Overall good experience.

I don't want to swing talking long.
It is a paradise and if you want to be pampered here is more than just right!

We couldn't have imagined anything nicer to forget the stress and burden of everyday life than here.

Thanks to the whole team from Aleenta Phuket!

THE BEST ALQ (ASQ) QUARANTINE IN THAILAND!!!

THE BEST ALQ (ASQ) QUARANTINE IN THAILAND!!!
Today is my last day of quarantine at the Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa which offers an Alternative Local Quarantine (ALQ)with medical support from Thonburi Hospital. Prior to booking my trip to Thailand, I spent countless hours researching all the different options that were available for ALQ/ASQ in Thailand. After extensive research, I discovered the ALQ program at the Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa and was blown away by the amazing facilities that it offered at a reasonable cost, thereby making my decision to quarantine there the obvious choice.
The Aleenta ALQ package includes transfer from the Phuket airport to the resort, which went smoothly without any delay or disruption. The car ride from the airport was quick and upon arrival at the resort, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and escorted to my room. The staff appeared very professional and at all times took all the necessary precautions (i.e., wearing full body PPE protective gear and maintaining proper distancing).
The Aleenta assigns a personal Covid Manager, who is responsible for your physical and mental well-being throughout the ALQ stay. Upon arrival, I was set up with a WhatsApp chat with my manager, Khun Kachanuch, who did an amazing job responding to any questions, reminding me of all my appointments and helping me with any and all matters.

THE ROOM: The Aleenta Resort uses its Grand Deluxe Pool Villas for the ALQ program. These villas were designed to embrace an 'Outdoor Living-In' concept, which is an absolutely ideal layout for anyone having to stay in one location for a 15-day period.
The bedroom is wonderfully spacious, modern and well appointed. In the center of the room is a HUGE king size bed, which is incredibly comfortable with the softest Egyptian cotton bedding and a choice of pillows. I slept so well in the bed that I never felt any effect from jet lag and had no sleepless nights. The bed overlooks large wall to wall sliding glass doors that open up to the highlight of the villa, an enormous private pool. The pool is so large that calling it a plunge pool does it an injustice. The pool is in fact so big that I was able to swim laps each day as a form of exercise. It also has a button which turns on water jets, making the pool a relaxing Jacuzzi.

THE FOOD: The ALQ package includes three meals a day and they were all spectacular. The breakfast menu has endless options, with Asian, International and health conscious choices. The drink menu includes many different signature juice blends, large variety of teas and coffees and of course fresh young coconuts (I had one every day). The lunch and dinner menu has a wide variety of fusion Thai and International choices (with many healthy selections that I did not have a chance to try). Each day I had a difficult time deciding what to order because, frankly, I loved them all.

THE STAFF AND SERVICE: What really makes your ALQ stay at the Aleenta resort so special is the incredible staff, who would literally do anything to make your stay enjoyable. I am extremely impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism and dedication of the entire staff. The excellence and quality of service was top notch throughout my stay. I want to express my appreciation to the entire staff that was able to make even a quarantine stay a pleasant one. It is because of their dedicated work and care that I can fully recommend to anyone that the ALQ program at the Aleenta resort is hands down the best quarantine facility in Thailand.

He lived in a room with a swimming pool, on the other side of the road: there the hotel of the type is divided into two parts. A bit like Banyan Three, which is in Phuket, and which pool villas: although there isn t much like it, only the rooms are much newer)) From the bedroom you go straight to the pool, it s big, the villa s territory is fenced, the villas from this part of the hotel are in the hotel park . Very nice and cool.

The Aleenta offers small yoga and wellness retreats so it's a great choice if you are looking for more than just a spa hotel. The spa offers a full spectrum wellness consultation combining the knowledge of Thai holistic medicine, soul coaching and the analysis of the life elements and 7 chakras. A healthy menu is provided for those on the retreat program. It's a gorgeous spot for sunrise and sunset yoga

Very nice hotel. Far from it all but ideal for rest and relaxation. Ideal if you run away from too noisy clubs. Magnificent beach with sunset.
We stayed 10 days in a beach front villa, the dream. We would have thought we were on a desert island. This includes 3 bedrooms with private access and a living room separate from the bedrooms, you can come to several couples without stepping on each other.
The pool is not heated but the sun takes care of everything.
Breakfast in the restaurant is very complete and of good quality.
The restaurant's menu for lunch is quite complete.
On the other hand, that of the dinner although qualitative lacks a little simplicity, we would like to have a simple steak and fried, a burger or a pizza during the holidays.
The design of the hotel is top notch. But pay attention to the maintenance. The details make the difference!
In the room there is a super practical tablet that allows you to order room service, communicate with reception, or consult information about the hotel. It really is a very good idea. This can be a big advantage for people who don't speak English very well.
Do not hesitate to leave the hotel and walk 3 minutes for the drink supply, the price is exorbitant in the mini bar.
Small rant anyway. I know we're not 10 euros but still. Check what there is in your mini bar on arrival compared to the small inventory. Because for us during the check out they made us pay when we had not consumed anything.
Oh also beware of the traffic of sun loungers on the beach. We're not going to lie to each other, there isn't for everyone. The beach attendant came right over to steal the chair cushions while my was gone to eat because a couple had given him a big drink. It's still a bit like.ca but he really abuses it.

Good place to escape from the crowd.
Please buy your food from a supermarket / mini mart. Then stay in this hotel. Thai food is expensive and not that good except for the fresh juice.
Khush Hotel is far from the crowded. I bought the food from Barreh after two years. I live in the hotel, I eat them expensive, and from that I provide the taste, except the juice

The 2 days I spent here are full of unforgettable memories of happy moments.

The place is well established, elegantly decorated and the service was perfect.

When I entered the pool villa I took a decision that I will not leave here to go anywhere, only to the airport and that what happened.

I can't describe how beautiful the resort is or how good were the pool villa but you can have an impression or an idea from the attached photos.

I have to mention also how great their service was as when I complained about something they responded immediately in a way that made me totally satisfied

Thanks

Aleenta!!

Aleenta!!
I wish there were more stars. Even if there were, it wouldn't be enough!

Let me begin by how beautiful this property is. So well planned out, very warm and welcoming. As soon as you arrive, your initially greeted with a lot of smiling faces. And these smiling faces are there throughout your stay, even at midnight. Filled with so much of energy and positive vibes. Spreading smiles is one of the best positive attitude towards mankind. :)

The architecture and interiors are so thoughtfully designed and well spaced out. Details like the lotus pond, the walkway over it, the fish pond, clubs in so well with the design layout overlooking the ocean. The infinity pool as well, overlooks towards the ocean.

The breakfast is yummilicious! Oh, it is overly yummilicious. A very well done concept, which reduces the wastage of food. So you have a separate menu to choose from, and the buffet has a spread of all the fruits, juices, breads, cold cuts and so on. Everything on the menu is delicious, and healthy! The smoothies are a joy to have. Everyday is a different flavored smoothie. Note: breakfast is by the beach. Yes you heard me right. You can hear every sound of nature so well. The birds, the waves, so soothing to the mind and soul. (Also the smiling faces.)

The beach is all white sands and clear waters. Since it's a private beach, its clean, calm and serene. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing to watch, lying down on the beach beds. (We never wanted to get off from there.)

The rooms are really neat and tidy. Very well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa which was very cosy. During turn down time, they leave a short bedtime story and a small glass jar of something sweet inside it (dates, jellos and so on. which aren't too sweet that you cannot have them. its just perfect.) at your bedside table. These stories are so lovely and are illustrated on handcrafted paper. Yes, every night is a different story. It's amazing how different cultures have different ways to tell an old tale. Am still amazed at this thoughtful thought of having a bedtime story for your guests.(I miss this alot!)

We also utilized the spa services. Was so so so relaxing. The massage rooms are set up in such a manner, that your're automatically feeling relaxed. The soothing music, the aromas, pure bliss to the body, mind and soul. Just before your massage, your're given this tea made from butterfly pea flower. this tea is magic, as it just gets you to relax even more.

Also, I just can't stop praising Aleenta for all that they have to offer. So yes, as a travel bug and an explorer, you can blindly book your stay here. They will ensure you have a memorable stay just like us. The resort location is away from crowd, just apt for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. You can hire a self drive car or bike and explore the place. You'll surely find a lot of interesting places. We did find and explore these wonderful places! We had booked our car from the airport, so made it easy to commute around.

Cheers to the entire team of Aleenta!! Much deserved. See you soon!

Lie the last day on the beach of Aleenta Phuket. Unfortunately, the last 2 weeks have passed much too fast! The hotel is from our point of view almost perfect - if you are looking for peace and not diving.
The facility is a dream and top maintained. The service staff & management (thanks for everything to Michaela!) Are just super friendly and helpful.
The beach is incredibly clean and nice. We have been to many of the world's top beaches - but this one is unique - almost unnaturally clean - and miles long. Hardly any tourists.

We had a grand villa 140m2 with private pool. What should one say more? Just beautiful and recommended!

The food is good, although the menu for 14 days a bit small. The prices for Thailand are very high for Europeans but adequate (glass of wine / cocktail about 8 , 3 course menu about 30-40 )

The spa is also beautiful, albeit priced high up. For a hotel of this class but ok.

Conclusion: Just good, we will be back!

Staying at the Grand Deluxe Pool Villa left a lot of regrets
It may be a very good place for those who want to stay quiet
I wasn't good

Advantages I want to recommend it to those who want to stay quiet.

Disadvantages
1, Even if there is a pool, there are many ants and strange bedbugs, so it is a bit difficult to walk barefoot.
1, there was a lot of sand in the pool when you cleaned the pool
1, There was a place where you could try, but you couldn't use it because of ants and bedbugs.
1, There is no dining table, so you have to eat on the bed or on the floor. There are some places with tables on the pool side, but some do not have a table
1, There is no convenience store because it is far from downtown, and the door is closed even if there is a mini market (about 5 minutes away

I think it's more but this much less

Buffet breakfast spread is awesome! Staff were very professional and the room (Grand Deluxe Pool Villa) was amazing we were here during the end of June and the waves were too strong and it was not safe to play by the beach. There is also a small local Thai restaurant/stall about 150m away from Aleenta and the food is very good and affordable. Aleenta overall is a great place for vacation and relaxation. <br/>FYI if you intend to take GRAB from phuket airport to wherever you wana go, think twice. As the pick up location for grab Drivers is right outside along the main road , you ll have to walk under the hot sun dragging your luggages to get there. I d suggest you to take a local taxi from the taxi Operators outside the arrival hall.

This was my 6th time in Aleenta Phuket and I have to say - the hotel gets better and better with every stay.
After checking in relaxation begins. For me it is a really lovely location with a special spirit.
The architecture of the buildings are phenomenal. The design is one of the best I ve ever seen.
And the most impressive thing in this hotel is the breakfast. For me as a world champion in fitness you will never find such a health and delicious breakfast in another hotel all over the world.

Many thanks to the whole staff. It was again an amazing stay. We will come back soon.

This was by far the nicest place we have stayed before. The service was phenomenal, the food options were amazing (with a wicked breakfast included), and the beach was so quiet. We tested out the spa and had Thai massages, which left us feeling like noodles. We LOVED it! It was worth the splurge for our honeymoon.

Service is a major disaster and NO organization.

So relaxing. Compare with Phuket beaches, Natai is still so clean, quite & beautiful. The hotel is ideal for romantic escape. It's so pleasant to move between ocean waters & your private pool at villa. Only one disappointment - very low speed wi-fi with difficulties to connect.

This was an incredible experience. I had been to Phuket previously, but didn't like the touristy atmosphere filled with people. At Aleenta it was the exact opposite. Pristine private beach, beautiful private pool villas, and not crowded at all. The pool villa we had (732) was the best room I've ever had in my life.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our waitress Mam was particularly attentive and polite at breakfast. The hotel staff was even quick to sort out a billing issue for me via email, when I had spotted a incorrect charge AFTER checkout on my way home.
The constructive feedback I would have is that service at the restaurants can be a little slow outside of breakfast. A couple times I found myself waiting longer than I'd like even in such a slow-paced relaxed environment. I also felt that the outdoor bathtub would have been a great, except that it takes hours to fill so we never got to use it.
That being said, Aleenta was a spectacular find and I highly recommend it!

We were there on our honeymoon in early April. Beautiful facility with super nice, well trained staff. Fantastically beautiful sandy beach. However, one has to say a very lonely area. For Thai standards extremely expensive. A 1h taxi ride should cost 2000 THB. The offered excursions from the hotel we found expensive. Outside of food was hardly a possibility. There were two wheel restaurants 6 minutes away. These were delicious. If you want to see a lot of Thailand, this hotel should be the last stop, because to relax and unwind that was just right.

We stayed in the deluxe pool villa. Loved it! Excellent service, staff were helpful and attentive without being intrusive. A perfect beach hideaway. Breakfast was included and was amazing. Food and drink prices not unreasonable compared to Australian prices, but much more expensive than your average street food vendor.
Make sure you book in activities at least one day in advance as they can sometimes book out.
Also use the bicycles available to ride to the sister hotel Akyra just down the road.
If you're after a quiet, relaxing holiday, Aleenta is the place to stay.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the exuded opulence. Each villa was fenced individually, a private compound within the already private hotel grounds. Aleenta Phuket s Pool Villa is a choice for vacationers balancing between luxury and cost. It is neither the smallest nor the largest but for honeymooners and couples without kids, it is more than enough.

Hotel is far from the airport and other main destinations. It is very quiet and there are limited activities one can partake in. The included breakfast is great and nutritional and the dinners are delicious. It is not a kid friendly hotel despite that they have a daycare for kids, it is limited and the area is so quiet it is more of a wellness hotel to get away . Trying to book a massage was terrible, they were always booked despite the fact that the hotel was not always busy, and on the last night they would refuse to make any exceptions to give us a massage despite several attempts throughout our stay. The hotel staff was not very hospitable, when we arrived it felt as if they were talking about us because we had initially requested a room for 2 adults and a child and they booked a room for adults only and wanted to charge more but we showed them a copy of our reservation and they rolled their eyes and spoke in Thai. The excursions are a little pricey but well worth it and the LED light facial is great. The excursion breakfast provided by the hotel is terrible. During my stay in Thailand this was probably the worst hotel I definitely recommend the Slate hotel instead. There were also a lot of bugs that looked like beetles flying all around. The beach was not clear water and the waves were very rough.

Grand Deluxe Pool Villa: We are now 2 days in the hotel and it is just amazing. No other hotels around. About 30 bathers are daily on the beach. The staff is very friendly (I have rarely seen it that way) and accommodating. They do their best to pamper their guests. You have to note that you take a good buffer of money. Since it is very quiet, there are no other restaurants except in the hotel itself (2 pcs.) These are even for German standards a bit expensive (we only booked American breakfast, since we thought you could eat out). Hotel, beach, location was very clean! Food is delicious, praise to the cooks! (There are also pizzas for those who do not eat anything; D) The view from the restaurant is also breathtaking. Sunset: Dreamlike. Enclosed a few photos

I stayed in a loft room. The interior was modern and the facilities were well equipped. The hardware was good, but the software was questionable. The loft room is a way to share the pool, but it is very spacious and deep.
The private beach is quiet and clean. All you need to see in the water is the sandy bottom, no place to rent a life jacket, no safety personnel.
You can choose from two menus for breakfast, and eat salads or fruits in buffet format. The taste is good
The Thai restaurant tastes good and the service is good. Massage is expensive, but I use promotions well and do well.
Some employees seem to need English language training and service training. You need to check your bill at checkout

There is a great empty beach here, but with quite strong waves during the time of our stay. The red flag was up the entire time, and we didn't get to swim in the ocean.
The villas are nice but ours had a bit of a weird smell to it at the beginning ... As if wet? But the pool for the villa was great and the food here is actually surprisingly good too.

The only thing I thought was a bit disappointing is that they wouldn't let us do the BBQ that was advertised in their menu. The lady at the check-in said she would follow up with us but never did. The spa prices were quite high without any couple package promotions ... Cannot compare to the relatively cheap and longer packages of nearby resorts on for example Koh Yao Yai.

Overall it is a great resort and just has a few things here and there that should be improved ... Also the swing doors in the bathroom I think I just loud and a health hazard. . .

The hotel is really nice and clean. First we had booked a Grand Pool Villa, unfortunately it smelled so badly of sewer here that we got a new room. The complaint was dealt with quickly, in a friendly manner and to our satisfaction. Thanks for that.

What we found a shame and sometimes outrageous, are the extremely high prices of the hotel. Some of these are above our German prices. So if you only booked breakfast, you should expect a slightly larger bill when you check out.

The service staff tries very hard and you feel completely at ease.

The language barrier is very high and a lot was not understood at all. The staff can hardly speak English, so we struggled with the Google Translater. Since you don't always have your cell phone with you, it was often very tedious.

Otherwise we can only recommend the hotel. The food is delicious and easy to digest.

This is an excellent resort far away from the maddening crowd..If you are looking for a family getaway, then this is place of choice. The rooms on the third floor have excellent view of the sea and you have a private pool to yourself, though we didn t use it because it was not clean.I had to ask the housekeeping to come and clean it.

The breakfast is excellent and you have a choice of an a-la -carte menu.I would recommend you to order the different items on the menu there.

The service in the restaurant is very good and you can see that the staff is serving from their hearts.

The rest of the facilities are average and there is a private beach in front of the resort with beach chairs to relax on.

Be warned that this place is far away from any malls or cheap grocery options.

If you really need to buy your wines and beer at a much lower price, then you have TESCO Lotus supermarket, which is 8 kilometres away.

It has everything stocked,at very reasonable prices.
I could buy Australian wines for 300 BHT.

There is a taxi stand in front of the resort, you can negotiate with him for your drop off and pick ups.

Cereal Festival Mall in Phuket is 1 hour plus away.
On a critical note,I feel that this place is overpriced and keeping that in view, the food and beverage should have been priced lower since the customer has no options to go anywhere else once inside the property.
I will give this place a miss in the future since its pricey and you can t do much beyond a day or two in the oasis of peace .
If peace, privacy and good service is on your bucket list, then this is place to stay in.
If you are sorts who is keeping a tab on pricing and some sort of entertainment ,then this place is not for you.
In a connected world, beyond four days of isolation is torture.
Hats off to the owners for springing ip this jewel of a property but there are lots of elements missing .So sad.
