The Aleenta offers small yoga and wellness retreats so it's a great choice if you are looking for more than just a spa hotel. The spa offers a full spectrum wellness consultation combining the knowledge of Thai holistic medicine, soul coaching and the analysis of the life elements and 7 chakras. A healthy menu is provided for those on the retreat program. It's a gorgeous spot for sunrise and sunset yoga
