scale house staff is rude beyond measure and hipocrites...Al is a complete douchebag and acts like a 2 yr old child when people come to him with complaints..he interrupts you to cut you off when you make a point that obliterates his...chris needs no description lol... they never open on time..the yard is usually unprepared/a mess in the mornings for customers. they let people on the scale early (7:45) then yell at everyone else to wait outside the gate until 8. fred rips off customers at the nonferrous scale and wont help you seperate items even though he is supposed to i was told by his boss..way to chase off customers guys! wish you could give negative stars on here this place doesnt deserve a 1 star. going back to basic metals after going to slc for 3 years. mostly because of the scale house staff
