Do not use this company Awful! I already had a total insurance for the vehicle but as I didn't bring a credit card (only debit card) they made me pay again the full insurance. So not try to save some money with this company cause if will finally cost you more

Close to the airport (5-10 minute walk). Good service. Friendly staff. Easy pick up and return. No complaints. I can highly recommend this Target Rent station at Catania Airport. Grazie mille per tutti. Arreviderci

Very good value for money and very good service !! The personnel at the front desk was very kind and the car we rented was in good conditions. No bad surprises. I would recommend it and definitely rent again with them.

I received a dirty car, petrol was 3/8 filled, I brought back the car washed and with 80% tank filling. all they said is that I damaged the wheel covers, wich is not true, I suppose they do this with all clients. I have driven the car from the airport to Ragusa and back. nothing else. they knew that the wheel covers were damaged but did nit show me when I collected the car. So they cash at every client. When I picked up the car I had to wait more than 1 hour to have all papers done. Definitively the worst rental company in Sicily. You are just ripped of....it is a pity this is not good for Sicily's reputation.

WARNING!
They are cheating their customers. They charged my creditcard for the damage I have in the pictures before renting a car. When I sent them the pictures on email they stopped responding and the creditcard was charged. AVOID them and choose other car rental companies unless you like problem. This situation took place in Catania Airport. IT costed me only 366 EUR.

You get what you pay for - car's battery died on a number of occasions, only made it back to the airport by the kindness of the people of Malta who gave us a jump. Youre definitely better off paying a little extra for a more reputable company

Price Targetrent Catania airport was cheap, but they work to rip you off as much as possible later:
- at check-out none at the office, the contact phone ring in the office left unattended.
- going to take photos before to leave car in the car park and keys in the office; an operator of another company offers to do the checkout for her "colleague".
- there is a damage to a wheel that I didn't do (I didn't bump into anything); I ask to double check, after a call, the operator of the other company said it was an old damage and everything was OK. My card would have been un-locked later.
- I flight home and receive an email for a compensation request for a tyre damage (near the wheel damage, already declared as older then my rent)
- they charge me a fortune to change 2 tyres
- they ask me to sign the check-out paperwork that should have been done in the office
- they knew of damages, but they let you leave without making you notice them

Don't use them or be very careful

UPDATE: 23/11/2020
After a formal complain done to the company and reviews like this I was contacted by the company, that offered to reimburse the debited damage.
There were some difficulties for the reimbursement, for various reasons. Now the money arrived to the bank.
Thanks to the support team to review our case and providing a solution.
