If I could give Skynet a zero, I would. The achingly slow internet speed of 1 megabyte per second costs our family $50 a month, this is even after upgrading to their "faster" package. The amount of times we have lost internet due to a poor connection on Skynet's part is so numerous we have stopped counting. To top it all off, they also have purposely turned off their internet during Hurrican Harvey to minimize damage to their equipment. How are all the families that use Skynet supposed to stay up-to-date on the weather after the satellite services are interrupted due to the bad weather? Thank you, Skynet, for making things more difficult on your customers.
