Absolutely amazing time. I randomly texted some friends if they wanted to go skydiving, and 4 days later we made our way to Baldwin, WI and suited up. The staff were extremely nice and helped cool the nerves of some of those jumping, and the actual experience was absolutely unreal. Definitely will be going back at some time!

Awesome place, awesome experience. All of the instructors were great. I had Robby and he was the coolest, most friendly guy that always made me feel safe. Everyone is very humorous and makes for a very genuine and fun time. We rescheduled after our first time because of weather and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be going again!

I am a pastor who brought a group of church members to skydive twin cities to celebrate our church anniversary. We took a literal leap of faith for Jesus. The very experienced staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the tandem jumps and plan to come again. Everyone made us feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend skydive Twin Cities and will be returning as soon as possible. PS, if you re wondering if you should get video and pictures you should. It is well worth it to have the remembrance of your first dive. PPS If you are short and round like me, you will not be made to feel terrible. As long as you make the weight requirement, you will have a great time!

First experience skydiving. The jump went well, but landed and found out they forgot to put a card in the camera to capture the pictures (that I already paid for). You can imagine my disappointment of missing out on photographic evidence of my 1st ever jump. The biggest issue is no one really seemed to care. The guy who jumped with me and took the photos said "Oops" then the lady helping out said "well guess you'll have to go again" as if telling me to pay another $175 would be a good response. The customer service was overall terrible. I continued to be bothered and called later in the day to see if they could offer any better solution. The guy on the phone responded with "well you signed a waiver before you jumped saying if there was any camera error all we would do is refund your money"- it was HUMAN error not camera error. Many different ways they could have righted their error, but instead they made it seem as if it didn't really matter. I don't skydive daily so this was a big deal. Go somewhere were they show you the respect from the beginning to the end of the process.
UPDATE: The owner did call and apologized and offered a great solution and focused on great customer service. I appreciate the follow up and not just shurgging off my review.

Great staff. Very efficient operation. Pre-jump video pretty dated. Pre-jump briefing was not standardized and extremely abbreviated which may be a concern for some (not our group). I would not hesitate to jump with this operation again. My only regret, I was too cheap to pay for a video of my jump but I will definitely get one on my next jump. Jump with these guys, get a video made and have an epic experience you won't forget.
Can't recommend this place enough. Although I had to reschedule due to weather (not their fault obviously) they were great in getting me back into a schedule. Jay and Bergie were awesome and I had such an amazing time. I'll be going back for sure.

This company is great! Everyone is super friendly, they joke around and make you feel comfortable. They give great instructions before you jump. My instructor was Ray and he was honestly such a joy, he s good at what he does, such a funny guy! & my videographer was Bergie and he got some awesome shots & gave me great advice before we left. I got to experience my first time skydiving on my 30th Birthday and it was well worth it! I got to jump at the Baldwin, WI location. The staff is incredible and they made the experience 100 times better. They are knowledgeable and a ton of fun. July 22, 2017 was my first tandem jump at the Baldwin site. The entire experience was Awesome! Everyone was friendly and kept all in good spirits. They were always pumping you up for your jump. Just completed my AFF training jumps at STC after doing my first tandem jump about 2 months ago at the Baldwin location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member make the whole experience very comfortable. It's clear that they're all passionate about their jobs.
We celebrated daughters 21st birthday there. She had so much fun and can't wait to do it again! The staff did a great job making the event safe and so fun. I highly recommend Twin Cities Skydiving.

I highly recommend this place and you have to do this! The prices are competitive and they will document the whole experience. They Bring you down very fast.
The free fall time is very short. and I suggest you not pay for videos and photos. I have taken 250 pics and a video and still I couldn't find at least one to post it online, neither do my friends.
I dived here last Saturday and I felt they bought me down very quick cuz there were other people waiting down. If you are first time jumper and if you want to experience the crazy dive, I would not recommend this for you. If you are a solo jumper, the equipment and stuff is awesome here. The divers are bit rushy in this.
While I have jumped solo before, it was first tandem. It was an absolute great time. Impressed with how well run an operation it is. Have talked several other people who didn't jump this time into going next time. The sense of humor by everyone helped take the edge off for several of our group.Great experience.

Everyone here was amazing and fun. Very chill environment. I worked with Robby on my tandem jump and he did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. I already scheduled my next jump for this weekend and its all I can think about. I would strongly recommend jumping out of an airplane here!
This was my first time ever skydiving. Robby was my tandem instructor, and he was awesome! It was such an adrenaline rush and so worth the time and cost. I hope to go back before the end of the season! Just work up the courage and go. You won't regret it!

This was my first time experiencing Skydiving. I have a great fear of heights, and Skydiving seems like a great way to overcome my fears. My instructer was Ryan. Sorry I stuck my feet out of the plane Ryan, but after my buddy who also is afraid of heights went.......no way I wasnt going. The jump was amazing, and only the fisrt 50 feet was scary to me. Its 13,000 feet total, so 12,950 was terrific and not scary. I enjoyed the entire ecperience. It is an undescribable feeling that you have to experience to understand or appreciate. Every part of the experience was great. From check in to landing every aspect of the experience was top notch. I only have 1 big regret.....I did not do the picture package, and really wish I would have.
The staff were in terrific spirits all day. They really love what they do, and it shows!!!

I went skydiving for my first time to celebrate a birthday this past weekend. The entire experience was great. We were greeted with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I literally put my life in Ryan's hands as my tandem instructor and I'd do it again. :) He was fun, sweet and professional. He took his time which I really appreciated as well. The photo/video package is a MUST. They do a really great job with it and it's a priceless keepsake. The facility was clean, easy to find, and park. Upon arrival and check-in, my nerves dissipated into pure excitement, once I met the knowledgeable staff. Great energy, great experience, I can't wait to dive again! Thank you Skydive Twin Cities.

It was an absolute amazing experience. The entire skydiving team were all extremely helpful and friendly and fun to be hanging around with. The jump itself was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I'm going to want to repeat. The owner was actually the tandem jumper for my son and he is a very funny guy and was a very calming factor. If you're looking for a big rush experience this is the place for you.

My second tandem jump was 10X better than the first! I had an idea of what to expect and the sensory overload was not nearly as extreme as my first jump. Great staff, Ray, my jump instructor was friendly, supremely competent and kept this 53 year old novice calm and eager to do it again.

This was our first time skydiving and the experience was amazing! The check in process was quick and easy. We did have to wait past our scheduled jump time but that was not an issue at all because you were able to watch all the other people jump and land safely. This was an amazing experience! I booked for a bachelor party for a small group of us to go skydiving and no one in the group had gone before. Communication from the organization was prompt and helpful. They walked me through how to make the reservation and make sure we all were in the same group. Arriving on site we were met with friendly and energetic service that made us comfortable. Everything was run professionally and smooth. All of our tandem jump partners were fun and enthusiastic. I recently finished my A license at Skydive Twin Cities. I can't say enough about his place. The owner, Kerry, is a real stand up guy. The instructors (especially Robbie, he's so dreamy) are fantastic. Manifest is super helpful and accommodating (shoutout Hailey Jo), and there are plenty of fun jumpers. I'll definitely be paying STC a visit next season.
Saturday was my first time skydiving. It was awesome and so amazing! I was with a group and accidently got left behind while my group went up which was a little upsetting but the staff were very helpful and kind and made it all better and my dad went again with me! My tandem instructor Connor was fantastic and made the jump easy and so much fun, he has a wonderful personality and you can tell he really wants you to have the best time! I deffinetly wanna go again! I will never forget this experience! It was so beautiful! I highly recommend them! Lots of fun loving energy here! Thanks for the wonderful jump!

Skydive Twin Cities is a great place to skydive! I jumped about 10 years ago and other members of my family have jumped here throughout the years as well. Every time the staff has been so helpful, fun, knowledgable, patient and always make us feel comfortable. My boyfriend and brother recently jumped and also highly enjoyed their experience. I proposed to my boyfriend when he landed and the staff was extremely flexible and helpful in making the day perfect! I wasn't suppose to go out into the landing zone, however the staff made an exception and allowed me to get out there to make the proposal. The instructor landed right where I was waiting and the camera man captured the entire moment perfectly! I highly recommend skydiving at Skydive Twin Cities!

What an amazing experience! I'm not normally the kind of person who would think that jumping out of a plane would be a good idea but when my husband pulled into the parking lot of Skydive Twin Cities to surprise me for my birthday I was all for it! Everyone there was friendly and upbeat and made us feel welcome. My instructor had been jumping for something like 30 years but still made me feel like I was the most important person he'd ever taken skydiving. I thought the jump would be scary but instead it was amazing! (I keep using that word) I highly recommend getting the video package it was, you guessed it, amazing! We will be back. Thanks Skydive Twin Cities!
Absolutely loved it.
I did a Solo Jump. So, I got to pull the rip-cord and navigate my parachute as well.
The instructors would remain by your side for the duration of free-fall. And then you'll be navigating your chute all alone.
If this sounds too much work to you, you can always go for the Tandem jump.

I skydove through the clouds and though it made my experience even more amazing, it also ruined my video. I am not complaining though! Instead of Mark,John and me, the video features three silhouettes and it looks pretty bad ass.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in skydiving. The place looks very safe to me. There are clear grounds and corn fields all around. So, even if you miss your landing spot, you'll land somewhere safe and the instructors would come and get you. The equipment is really nice and the plane looks to be in good shape. There is nothing to be wary of,except of course the fact that you would jump from 13k feet. It is absolutely fine to be a little terrified but if you get over that fear first up, you'll enjoy a lot.
So, go get your adrenaline rush, with a dash of madness, if you like!

If you are not jumping at Skydive Twin Cities, you should be! They helped me through my AFF and my A license and the experience was great. The entire staff is awesome. I am always greeted with a smile. The folks at the front desk can get extremely busy managing the day to day operations but yet they are always smiling and willing to go out of their way to help. The instructors are great too. There is a lot to learn when going thru the program and they are always willing to take the time to help out and answer any questions. I do need to give a shout out to instructors Ryan and Tyler. I did my first AFF jump with those two and I finished my A license with both of them so I thought that was pretty cool. My only complaint is that when i go there, I can never seem to leave!! :-)

I had such an amazing experience with Skydive Twin Cities.... I went with a group of friends and had surprised my mom for her 50th Birthday that we were jumping out of plane! Sky Dive Twin Cities was so professional when it came to training us on our jump, jumping with us, and we got the video option too, which was one of the best things I've purchased this year! I would highly recommend getting the video done if this is your first jump! They customize it into a 6-7 minute video of your whole experience and have watched it a handful of times now!
Took my first ever skydive with them. It was a joint jump with other family members. Mom and I jumped tandem and my sister and brother in-law jumped solo. The staff was great about getting us all to jump all together. I had Connon L. for my my tandem instructor that I jumped with for my first ever jump. They were great about teaching and showing everything you need to know for your jump and answer questions you have. It is a very comforting and relaxed place.
I had so much fun and felt so welcomed that I am looking to go back and go for my solo license.

This was my first time skydiving and I am extremely grateful our experience. You can tell the staff really love their job! I had Carl as my skydiving tandem and he made me feel very comfortable while going through the whole process. I even got to help steer us in the air once we pulled the parachute!

I did not skydive so my review is only of the base station. The base station was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous, friendly, and funny. The preparation video was helpful and clear.
