All the employees are are great & make you feel comfortable. The instructors are great & really helpful to relax you before and during the jump. Would definitely be going back for another jump with them.

I did my first tandem jump with Nick. It was the best experience of my life. Nobody tells you this, but this feels way more easy and enjoyable than a roller coaster. Once at the door of the plane it's pure fun. If you want to skydive, this is the place to be at. The instructors, the front desk people are so awesome and the hospitality is the best. They make you feel so comfortable, that you forget you are soon jumping out of a plane at 13000 feet above the ground. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely visit here again.
This was one of the best things I've ever done. The team at Skydive Twin Cities were very friendly and knowledgeable and from the moment we arrived, made us feel welcome and comfortable for our adventure. You can tell their level of passion for the sport by their enthusiasm to share this experience with others. The only downside was that it was over all too quickly. Would definitely consider going back for another jump. I highly recommend this group even if you are just toying with the idea. Just go do it. You won't regret it.
Its been 2 days since my jump and Im still on a high and cant stop smiling Best birthday present every from my Daughter Melissa and so special to share our 1st jumps together.. For Christmas last year my nephew Tyler Spiro gave me gift certificate so we jumped on August 22nd in Baldwin WI and it was fantastic! My jump master "Andreus"(?) was the best. Very professional, friendly and would ask for him again. Have jumped in Las Vegas and this place was much nicer. Definitely will go back again.

Skydiving was not on my bucket list but to celebrate a friend's sister's birthday and to show our support for the same friend as he has a health issue to battle - I jumped! It was a trill of a lifetime. Skydive Twin Cities - Baldwin has a great staff, safety first and humor to relax you! Kerry was my parachute partner -- thanks for the stand-up landing (literally). The instructors have a great way of putting you at ease for the big adventure. I wouldn t ever go sky diving again. (Personal opinion) although I will recommend this location to anyone wanting to take the jump!
Awsome fun activity. Both I and daughter jumped. In my case has been on the bucket list for a while. So for my 80th birthday I/we did it..I had not calculated the free fall distance.. now that is exciting and in our case went through a cloud..you will get wet!! Great instructor/jumpmaster as he had a lump in front of him...too much weight.. I recommend this to anyone...it is fuuuunnn!!

My daughter turned 18 and wanted to go skydiving - take a leap into adulthood so to speak. This was my 7th tandem jump, 3rd skydiving location.
Location and staff: Easy to find location, clean and friendly environment. All the staff was approachable and helpful, from the check-in counter to tandem JMs.
Instruction was quick but thorough, all questions were answered. My daughter's tandem partner was "Breezy" (sorry, didn't catch her name), who took her through all jump steps several times, both on the ground and on the plane. My daughter had an awesome experience overall! She tried to be the best banana possible :D I was paired with Kerry, who was excellent as well and I had the best jump experience to date. I might just have to get an A license as soon as I can get to terms with the idea of "only" having a parachute strapped to my back.
PS: couple other jumpers who had come off the same plane with us were pretty stoked about their jump experience.
What a great experience. My first time skydiving and all the staff made me feel at ease and excited to skydive. The photos are wonderful as is the video. I will be back for another jump or two.
Had an absolutely amazing experience! The whole process was very easy, they flew us up to 13,000 feet, the weather was perfect, my instructor was very informative and skilled, the whole thing was just a great experience. That was one hell of a waiver I had to sign though... suffice to say that if anything happens to you, no matter what caused it, niether you or your family will be able to sue for any damages.
But hey, you're jumping out of an airplane after all. Take that risk. #yolo, right?
My tandem instructor Robby was a tall hot perfect smile broad shouldered hunk that was super approachable and smelled nice he asked me to sit on his lap while connecting me i wished he would have asked more times .. aside from the harness i felt a REAL connection!!! He was not only reassuring and comforting due to the fact that heights are my biggest fear but he didn't hold back and showed me the one of the best 60 seconds of my Life!!!!!! Went for my first tandem jump here this last weekend. Had an excellent instructor with Noelle. All of the staff I encountered during my visit were very friendly, helpful, and funny! Only small complaint I would have is it seems like something with the encoding process of my jump video went wrong, as there are a few glitches during the playback.. Perhaps they just need to upgrade the computer they're using for editing. Otherwise everything about my jump was excellent, and definitely plan to return next season!
My first time jumping and it was a big WOW I want to do it again so fun my jump instructor was amazing would recommend anyone to come and try it felt safe the whole time next time I m trying solo oh yeah

I had the most awesome experience at Skydive Twin Cites. The staff were all friendly and fun, and so helpful to a first time skydiver. Although this was supposed to be a one time bucket list thing, I'll be going back and bringing friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I did my first tandem skydive with Nick this past Saturday, what an amazing experience, actually words can not describe the jump, from the biggest rush of emotions I have ever felt jumping out to complete calmness was amazing, Nick was very professional and took what ever fears I had away, by cracking jokes and and making me feel safe, I had total trust in him getting me back down on the ground safely, thank you Nick for the best time of my life!! I was there a couple weeks ago for my 4th jump. I must say this was a disappointing trip. I went with a friend and we didn't even get to go up together - the plane left without me. Stopped off for our free drink afterwards and noticed I didn't get a token - not really a big deal but I was already bummed about the mix up earlier. Not very likely that I'll return for my 5th jump.

It was my 3rd jump. The person jumping with me didn t say barley anything, didn t tap when he pulled the parachute either. Didn t let me tighten the goggles either so i couldn t see a damn thing on the way down. I would go to a different location next time.

This past weekend, I jumped with a group of 8 senior citizens age 74-90 and 5 younger team members - a rather large, atypical crew - and your team was awesome. The check-in & safety education process was streamlined, the outdoor viewing area had plenty of seating for our entourage, and the crew!! - Our tandem jumpers were supporting & amazing. I would highly recommend jumping here whether it is your first or 10th jump.

My college-age daughter and I went out for our first skydive experience. What a blast!!! The staff was great, both of our tandem instructors were professional, courteous and comfortable to dive with. It was a fun environment too - when I jokingly asked my tandem instructor (a former Navy Seal I later found out) whether he had ever done this before, he immediately replied "yes, one time - in fact, it was just this morning."
If you have never skydived, this is a great place to go. What a rush!
This was my first skydive experience and it was truly amazing. My instructor Robby was so engaging and fun and the videographer went above and beyond to make a very memorable experience for me. From the moment you got to the site, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the instructions were clear and timing of all events was great. Skydive Twin Cities (Baldwin location) was an absolute blast! The tandem professionals were knowledgeable and very fun to work with! The views are beautiful and the rush is unforgettable. The only thing I wish is that I had more more money to go everyday!

I had a great time skydiving. As always! Everyone was friendly at the jump. They are fun, energetic group of trainers. Everyone was friendly and respectful the whole time.
What got me is the ownership, if you don't spend $109 for a video expect to wait until last. I was load 10 of 11. A friend and I sat and waited for 3 hours. People arriving 1.5 hours after me were jumped before me because they were paying for a video. Their wait time was roughly 30-45 min. I asked one of the employees and she indirectly told me video jumpers go first whether or not they get there after.
That being said, you'll get to jump, and you'll have great fun, but the wait will be long and strung-out if you don't buy a $109 video.
I'm a 5th time jumper in a 7 year period and everytime it's been like this, unless I bought the video.
Hope you guys see this and change this as I'd like to jump and not have it be a 3+ hour from start to finish ordeal.
My "scheduled" jump time was 12 noon. I arrived at 11:30 paid, checked in. Jumped at 3pm. Left the facility at 3:45ish.
And I was late for a race I was sponsoring at Elko after.

If you want to skydive you should definitely do it and you should definitely go here. Staff was awesome, atmosphere was awesome. Blaine and Bert were our tandem instructors and they really made the experience a lot of fun. This was my first jump and they definitely helped alleviate my fear. Will definitely make the 8 hour drive again for these guys, totally worth it! I can't give these guys enough praise, I had the experience of a lifetime!

GREATEST SERVICE AND BEST TIME EVER!!
First of all- iI have always wanted to go sky diving, and my very first thought when i landed was that i MUST do this again. I thought i would be terrified when it came time to actually jump- but i wasnt at all. I felt prepared and taken care of thanks to the staff and my tandem jumper!
Second- the staff was beyond accommodating. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had booked two tandem jumps for my GF and I 3 months in advance as her birthday present. About a week before the jump i received a phone call and email saying they were supposed to be closed the day of our jump and had mistakenly not called me further in advance to let me know and asked that i reschedule for a different day. Due to some extenuating circumstances, that wasn't really an option and i emailed back explaining. I then was told that they were doing everything they could to accommodate our scheduled appointment- THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!! I know it couldnt have been an easy task and I was slightly nervous we would arrive and be recieved with some resentment as people came in on their day off to accommodate, but i couldnt have been more wrong. Everyone was beyond friendly!
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING YOU MUST DO IT!! AND DO IT HERE_ THEY ARE AMAZING!
I've gone sky diving three times here and it's a blast every time. The jump instructors are chill and very experienced. I would recommend sky diving in general and certainly Skydive Twin Cities!
Everyone was super friendly and was really excited for you to go skydiving! The steps before you got harnessed up and ready made it very clear about the risks and what could happen but seeing other people land before us made me not scared one bit! Unbelievable, especially the dive. It's almost indescribable. I never felt more physically out of control in my live. But I wasn't scared. Drifting down after the chute opened was very tranquil and very much like zip lining.
My Instructor Joel and the School in general were very thorough and process oriented. I must have heard what was going to happen, and more importantly what I was to do and not do, 3 or more times. And it happened the way they said.
Definitely worth the experience.

My daughter and I went to Skydive Twin Cities to celebrate (my 66th birthday and her completion of double masters degrees). We had a fabulous time. It was smooth sailing all the way. Our instructors were knowledgeable, professional and took very good care of us - as did the pilot and videographer. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and certainly plan to go again.

This was my family & I's first time - we went to celebrate life, as the day marked 5mo since my dad suddenly died & we needed to do something crazy, that he would have supported - but shook his head the whole time!! My mother (who needed assistance by the FABULOUSSSS DJ), my sister, my 83 year old GRANDMOTHER & myself all went!! I could not have asked for a better experience! Not only did we call multiple times during the week, with questions & changes, but every single staff member is so unbelievably friendly, funny & helpful!!! DJ was perfect for my mom as she needed help walking & getting her cane. I really can't thank him enough for taking such great care of her. I am definitely planning to come back, SOON!!!! YES! I CAN'T STOP SMILING. I had my first jump last Sunday and it was unbelievable! Best experience ever. The staff was great and the instructor I tandem jumped with was very nice and fun! If you are worried about safety and are nervous, I was too! Don't be! You have two parachutes. Nothing compares to the feeling of free falling..As soon as we touched the ground, I wanted to jump again. Beautiful area! I definitely recommend getting video and photos. Totally worth it.
I came here a few years ago for my first tandum jump, did my second one last weekend, and I wont go anywhere else for my next ones. Oh, I had one of the most awesome expiriences in my life. My third jump was very interesting and very different from other jumps.First of all, I was stressed out because we all are experiencing such a hard time,and our lives are precious gift from Creator...second, I was so excited to share with my friends in Russia, Israel and Republic of Georgia how to really live life and make it exciting, ... third, I was ready to take skydiving to the next level and solo jump.
I really want to say THANK YOU from the buttom of my heart to my couch Robby.He was very helpful and explained to me how to take this jump to the next level. When we were practicing with parachute, he showed me all tricks and different techniques. Stuff was very friendly and attentive as well. Betz took a great video and was very sincere about questions he asked me during the interview. I can't wait to take skydiving to the next level and learn more .I also want to teach my kids how to live life and work on fears to feel freedom. Life is a gift and sky is amazing. I also watched him jump and land solo a couple times prior to my turn. He appeared a bit of a daredevil and I secretly hoped he would not be my tandem pro.....HA - he was! I would request him again in a heartbeat. He knows his stuff and was a comfort with his absolute confidence! He and Nick created a priceless first time experience with fun video and photos. Not sure about the whole "tongue" thing, Robby~but it made me laugh! Sorry I didn't get to check in with you, as I needed to tend to my friend! We will both be back! Looking forward to a much warmer jump the next time!!

My son Josh and I did our second jump in July, but this time as fundraiser for New Life in Christ Ministry. It was an even better experience this time. The instructors were great and the whole event was successful. We raised over $7,000 for the ministry and had a blast doing it. I'm the Pastor and highly recommend to others to take that "jump of faith"!
