I have had the worst experience ever, working with Patricia Kellermeyer. She is rude and very misleading, she is not helpful at all. She requests things you send them and then its ignored. She lies and has no problem doing it! I can honestly say she should not be helping (well she doesn't help) or being responsible for other people's issues. I would say go the other way at all cost.
Do yourself a favor and never give business to these crooks. Might as well throw your money in a trash than paying for their services. When it comes to claiming any sort of damages or loss you re better dealing by yourself than getting dragged out from these disrespectful people until things get much worse and you end up with your claim being denied for whatever reason and you see yourself with a pile of collection agency papers calling to let you know you re in debt and your credit score has been effected. I wish I could give zero stars to their service but lucky for them google doesn t let you do that
7 hours for a tow. No coverage on a new vehicle. Do not waste your money. They cover a handful of 1000 s of parts on the vehicle.

Car broke down and was covered under insurance but zurich told me I'll get a 2 day rental for a car and pay 180 dollars a day after the two days. I spoke with an agent about how the repair will take the mechanic more then two days to fix and was told that's my problem not Zurich's problem. Wouldn't recommend this insurance.
I do medical billing for 17 years and during this time I worked with all kind of insurance companies. What I can say is that Zurich North America disappointed me a lot! I left messages for some people and they never called me back. Their system is not working properly, the reimbursement is not based on the state regulation, or the coding guidelines; and if you call customer service three times, you get three different answers! We still have unpaid claims for a patient from November- December 2016. The information listed on each Explanation of review" is not accurate; if you have any questions and try to call the person listed on the bottom of the form, I wish you good luck! The call goes to the voice mail and that person never calls you back!

I was injured on my job in January. I have a lawyer representing me for my Workman's comp claim. I have been given the run around for weeks. I'm getting the famous line. " CHECK IS IN THE MAIL". DAMN LIE!!!! THERE STILL IS NO CHECK.

Claims adjusters never answer the phone, rarely ever return call (im being generous with rarely), deny the med's that you do best with, deny proper medical treatment to actually FIX you so you can be productive tax paying citizen again, and deny paying for what your major life altering injuries are really worth.
95% of my medical treatment is now being paid by the State because I officially qualify for poverty after Zurich was done with me. That is the only chance I have at ever going back to work, after my families life has been turned upside down by this horrible company.
Isnt it ironic, Zurich was paid by my employer for Work Comp Ins. and they gladly take the money and also, gladly refuse proper treatment and gladly let the State pick up the tab!

Horrible company. I got hurt at work. Tried getting them to get me to the proper doctor's so i could be taken care of and get back to work. Took them a year and by then irreversible damage was done. I was a hard working single mother and them, along with their comp doctor's, destroyed my life. Finally, after i was through with them, 3 years after injury, i was able to see a spinal specialist with Mayo and found out if A.Z.I., would have got me to a non comp doctor and paid the bills to those doctors in timely fasion, a neck brace for the first few months of my injury would have healed my neck injury. Incompetent case manager and company. But, huge sponsors for golf leagues, just not employees of companies they insure.

Absolutely horrible company if your filing for workers comp. My son was injured 6/18/16 and has been calling them like crazy with no responses from Themy Lim or Jennifer Freund her Manager. He has medical bills piling up and they still have not paid one bill nor his percentage of weekly earnings to cover living expenses. I would recommend getting a powerful law firm that specializes in Workers Comp. cases if your injured and your company uses Zurich as their insurance provider. Also don't let them try to scare you into giving a recorded statement which is NOT required by law. Contact a Lawyer immediately if you have to deal with this company for a claim before answering any of their questions. Take them to court ASAP if you want to get what your owed. As it will probably take less time than dealing with them on your own. Which you would most likely be Denied and stuck with bills that bankrupt you! Also note that in all the reviews Not from their company everyone gave them one star! So their 4.1 Rating is BS. and the only way you can post is to give them 1 star. I would not have even gave them ONE!

Dont bother with their car service contracts. You are better off paying out of pocket because that is what you will be doing. Paid $3500 for my warranty and ended up having to pay $1200 for something that wasn't covered but should have been. Super unhappy. Stay away from them at all costs
Got hurt at work and my doctor's want an mri so they can treat my injury and cant get an ok! I have called and so has my doctor's office and no return calls. I'm giving them 2 more days and I'm contacting a lawyer. I want to get surgery before it my bisy time at work so I can work and they are not helping that!!

I worked for JB Hunt who used Zurich for their workmens comp insurance, I was injured on the job, did everything that I was suppose to do and 3 years later have not seen any compensation. This company and the lawyer from Arlington Heights will definitely look at profit over care . Be very wary if your company buys a worker comp plan from them, they do not care about you

Insurer for Penske moving, paid for by the truck renter. The rep for Zurich which underwrites Empire Fire & Marine Insurance Company is trained to ask specific questions to disqualify the insured from having cargo reimbursed after damage based on the insured's response. The insurer had not even accepted my photos to determine in and of itself whether the damage was due to a cargo Load Shift. During this phone call, the rep was surprised that I have a higher degree--apparently a female with a high level degree is somewhat of a misnomer--and then she forgot to call me by my title despite my having requested her to do so. The rep lackadaisically sends out form e-mails and forgets to replace the name in the e-mail to which the e-mail is addressed. The insurers were the only winners in The Uniform Healthcare Act; the insurer wins once again by its tactics. If you care about your employees, find another insurer.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. We paid good money to get additional coverage and get denied for a claim because of a corroded wire.

I was hit by somebody test driving a vehicle from a dealership and Zurich is the insurance company that covers the dealer and they won't get me a rental because I don't have a debit or credit card in which I have to put a $50 deposit down on something that wasn't even my fault the insurance claims person won't return my calls she won't return my emails they suck

They are so slow to process claims. My car was left in damage for nearly two months till they call me about the payment. Why don t call them? Because the adjusters are nearly impossible to reach by phone or email. Their customer service # would only put you on the waiting line again and again till you left!!! I would even like to use some bad words after calling them.

I was injured at work at the beginning of the year and had to go on work comp. First time ever . I was stressed out a little because I heard horror stories about how insurance company's for work comp will give you the run around and deny you. All I can say is Zurich insurance is great. Especially my claims adjuster Michael Seacrest. Never once did I have a problem with my medical bills being covered. They took very good care of me.

Worst freaking insurance company, possibly a scam! This place has been giving us the run around for our claim for 3 weeks now! They never answer the phone, and no matter how many voicemails we leave they don't call back. Even when finally sent to a supervisor, of course no answer and no call back.
This building has a great cafeteria and surprising amazing international food (especially the Thai)! The interior was very clean and bright. Temperature and humidity were perfect (though there were a couple of rooms which got a bit too much sun, swiftly remedied by motorized blinds).

Rachelle Smith was the lady over my insurance claim. At first she was very good and returned my calls. Once it came time for me to get my rental car she would not answer the phone or return any calls. I had to call another agent to get them to handle getting my rental for me. Rachelle had my claim closed 3 days to early and now i am being billed for her mistake. The rental company and myself have called several times leaving a VM for her. Still no returned phone call. I have also left 2 VM to her manager Mike schneider and he has yet to return my call. The ladies that sit at the front desk are very sweet and told me that he was in office and he still refused to pick the phone up and speak with me. Very poor customer service and I will be letting my father in law know so he can move his company to a new insurance company!
