The SkyDiving Experience was Amazing but I felt the Staff was Not helpfully and a bit rude. It didn t felt like premium Experience for price I was paying.

I would have given it a Five star if it weren t for the Staff there.

Most expensive but still the most beautiful skydive in the world. They are very strict about the overweight policies. Better not cross even a gram over 100kgs

Great place and people. Amazing views from the top.

They asked to us to reach at 10am and wait as we didn't had a prebooking,they kept on saying there are chances even 15 mins before of shutting down.We waited for 7 hours to listen skydive will not be possible .
It spoiled our day in Dubai.They should be more informative for people without booking considering they will loose a day sitting idle for the whole day.

Awesome place , worth to visit but quite expensive. They are very professional and trained ,Humble .They make you comfortable before jump , also explain everything in very nice manner . You can watch video after jump in relaxing mood, have food in nice restaurant, good place also for shopping merchandise.

A great place to experience extreme skydiving in Dubai. Well-trained instructors, photographers and staff. The skydiving will allow one to see the beautiful view of Dubai coastline, Palm Jumeirah, Marina, and Burj Al Arab.

Booking is better made in advance through their website.

Wonderful experience, it was breathtaking and it was my first dive ever. Daniel from New Zealand was a top lad, went through everything with me and reassured me everything will be fine. I was nervous when we jumped out, however after all my fears went. Beautiful view of Palm Jumeirah and the rest of Dubai.

Definitely recommend everyone to do this at least once if you have time.

Vids and pictures were sent to be later in the evening on the day.

Wow it was a life time experience! Memories made forever!

Skydiving was cancelled which was found out on arrival.
No warning via call or email. Several calls made before leaving hotel which were not picked up.
Taxi paid for for morning but sites of construction.
Lack of an apology received.
Poor service.

we booked 2 months in advance, I came to Dubai just to skydive and on arrival the winds were not suitable to jump so we had two options, either get a refund or reschedule...coming all the way to Dubai just to do this I chose to reschedule but the only time we could jump again was the day after our plane back took off. very poor experience overall and the staff just kept telling me that it was in the terms of service like that makes it ok for me to have wasted my week off.

I had a great dive and found the experience fantastic. I would normally have given 5 stars but I m really disappointed that you guys messed up with my video and pics. You never sent it to me despite numerous emails and phone calls. I can live without it (obviously) but I find it strange that despite my efforts the best anyone could do was to tell me to write another email. It was an anniversary gift and it would have been great to have the momento. Apart from that - thanks to Peter who was great and got me down in one piece! Will never forget the day

If you ever want to do a sky dive, this is THE place to do it! Instructors make you feel confident and make it sound easy so your worries are out the window. Would advise booking in advance through their website, however you may be be lucky if you turn up on the day and there's a cancellation.
You get an instructor and also a person recording you and taking pictures as part of the package. There is no upselling

It's a naturistic place with morning breeze in your face, loved it

ZERO GRAVITY!!! This is like my second home. Spend a lot of time here and enjoy the days by the pool here. Friday brunch is ok, but Saturday brunch is fantastic. Saturday gets busy so get there early. Not so keen on the evenings at zero gravity. It gets a bit moody and the atmosphere changes. Think the dance floor layout has a big part in that. Its kind of a bottleneck so everyone is squeezed into a tight space. Prefer Barasti at night with the open beach to party on. Overall a very good venue and amazing value on the brunches.

I accidentally booked a jump for my younger brother on the wrong date, which I admit was my fault. When we turned up a month early, they said that due to bad weather, they were not able to accommodate us, however, we were given the option to place our name on the waiting list, and if we don't get a slot, they would give us full deposit refund.
We eventually left without jumping, which was very disappointing.
After we made a request for refund, it was denied. I spent hours writing several emails, begging and explaining the situation, but they just kept saying NO.

We were left with more disappointment: No jump and no deposit refund. Don t trust them - they lie and they steel your money! not the kind of people that should be trusted with your life on their hands!

Even though I went here to skydive twice, I couldn't because of bad weather. They immediately gave me refund twice. Very professional at that. However, some of the staff members were very arrogant towards me and my friend, both of us were first time divers. Hopefully they change their crew from time to time.

Awesome experience with highly professional tandem skydivers quick lesson briefings good equipment video and photos included in the package , skydiving shirts accessories shop cafe and the view is amazing over palm you ll see lots of tall buildings and sea around its a wonderful experience if u are visiting dubai

My sister booked her skydive ticket from Klook app where she got a good deal with palm jumerah view. Amazing experience though her diver was not friendly

Dont carry any old baggages in mind
just go and njoy what you are doing...and give ur best for camera.
The best part is during the first free fall and during which only you will feel little turbulence...after that its all normal paragliding...
Palm drop has the best view...so i would recomend for plam drop zone.
The process is simple.
Choose ur convenient date and time as per the availability from their website.
The time provided is only ur registration time, so try to reach as early as possible. You might need to wait for 1 Hr or more before your number is called and getting ready for your diving preperation.
After this every thing will happen its on.

Also there is no locker available, so you need to manage your belongings. ( so plan accordingly).

Total duration will be (3Hrs - which includes - Registration time, Wait time for your turn, Prepartion time, YOUR JUMP, to get your video and pic.)

So njoy your every moment and all the best.

If you have sky diving in your bucket list, Skydive Dubai is the place for you. Go there, have fun and tick it off your list. The first few seconds when you dive out the plane will not be the best feelings ever. But believed me at the end, you'll love it.
