I ordered a shed for my animals at the start of October 2022, during terrible floods. I explained that the situation was urgent. The salesperson assured me he could fast track my order and it would take only 2 weeks for it to arrive! How shameful to do this to someone suffering three major floods and just trying to look after her animals.... we are not rich... The promised delivery was soon extended to 4 weeks and then it all went pear shaped. First they hounded me for the full payment, with suggestions delivery was imminent. I paid (the fool that I am) the week before I was told it would arrive. After this, every week the delivery date was pushed back and nothing was guaranteed. I remained polite to the staff on the phone. I then issued a written notice explaining the Australian Consumer Law (look it up) and my rights, and that they had two weeks to either deliver the goods or provide a full refund. OR I take court action. Their response was a phone call and then an email (as I requested written evidence of what they were promising now). The email again did not provide a date for delivery, contained a disclaimer about "things out of our control", failed to give any reasonable excuse for delays so far. You guessed it - I was not impressed.

We are now at the 8 week mark and counting. Except I no longer want this product, as it is clear they won't deliver next week and it is all a giant LIE. I've now issued a formal (written) request for immediate refund and tomorrow I am going to be applying to the Queensland Tribunal (where small claims go), because I expect them to be stupid and to try and ignore me. What else can you expect from people that treat you like this right? Even though I am in NSW and this is a Queensland company, I can "appear" via telephone to resolve the matter and have official orders made against this company. There are steps that can be taken to force them to pay, once the orders are made. And it should be straightforward to get the orders, fingers crossed I get a date for mediation / hearing before Xmas...

Truly shameful performance by Transportable Shade Sheds - they also blocked me from their Facebook page after I left an unhappy comment to warn others. I am trying to warn people everywhere, as I wish someone had warned me! Steer clear!

If you value your sanity please don’t deal with this company I ordered two single sheds for my horses in May they were supposed to be delivered second week of July we are now in September my frames have just arrived I’m missing screws to connect the frame the ground anchors and my sheeting still hasn’t arrived the company is very lax in their customer support they don’t reply to emails and they won’t give you any sort of refund if you have to go and buy extra equipment to put the shed together they really are not a company to deal with

Paid our deposit and was told 8 x weeks maximum wait. Have sent emails and made phone calls to transportable shade sheds with no response and it is now 12 weeks out and have still not received any clarification from the company as to when the shed may be ready. Beginning to think it is a scam and willl try to have deposit refunded. Terrible service!! Go elsewhere!!

So far I have only ordered my Shade Cover but if the rest of the service stays as good as what Kailee Weller's service has been, I know I will be very happy. Kailee has been amazing in the way that she has followed up and done everything I needed in the time that she said she would.

Sont sign up, call other distributors to get the info you need before you drop 20k

Poor communication ,was told 8-12 weeks for our product to arrive. Received half a year later after chasing them down with emails and calls as they never communicated anything and anything's progress almost like they forgot we had an order wouldn't supply I discount for waiting half a year To top it off the instructions are rubbish t that come with the shade. I highly do not recommend dealing with these people.they never called when our item arrived either we chased them. Dodgy buisness.

Couldn't be more disappointed, no communication or assessment about council approval needs, now have to have mine removed, more money down the drain & no idea what to do with it after it gets dismantled, do your homework before parting with any money.

Great quality product, very user friendly and easy to install. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great price, I will be back for more!!

I highly recommend people who need temporary shad or anything about sheds *transportable shed is the way to go - talk to Terry Coe he is great person.

Absolutely hopeless. Half the product was missing. No commmunication. SCAM! Do not deal with this guy!

Great product, lousy service. The terrible service has put us off buying anymore products from this company. The delivery driver was excellent, no problems there.

If you buy a shed from these people then be prepared top be pested by telemarketers every 12 months or so... I have repeatedly told them i am not interested but it doesnt seem to want to sink in.

We purchased the Quickshade in 2015 and put it up in our driveway. Its been a great investment and it has withstood very strong winds. Can recommend it. Dealing with the company was also a pleasure. What they said it would do, it does. It was easy to erect. No pushy salesmen just nice people all round to deal with.

From moment I called to when I received my shed I had excellent service, and the quality of the shade shed for my boat is excellent, EXTREMELY HAPPY!

Buyer beware. We bought a shade shed for our second vehicle and had it erected. Happy with the product but salesman assured us we didn't need council approval. However Gympie council insisted on a building approval. Costs for council fees, engineer, plumbing, water management plan etc etc came to approx $3000. I checked with other local councils and they all said the same re obtaining council approval. Check with your local council before you buy any shed. Further to the response from Shade Sheds, the salesman stressed many times that council approval was NOT required because the structure was not a permanent fixture but was transportable. Wrong. WRONG. Also the engineers drawings were not council compliant and we were obliged to engage a private engineer to certify the structure.

Very happy, have purchased through them at Landsborough 2 years ago and now have brought another shed too cover my boat from their Coolum store, great setup guys really impressed. Cheers

Purchased 6mx 6m C1 Shed on the coast several years ago and the just went through Beerwah Storm! It had no damage at all! very happy

Terry Coe at transportable shade sheds has been great and the product are fabulous and easy to erect I can't recommend them highly enough the shade stables are great
