Awesome place must try it once in a lifetime. You will love it.

Experience was good but didnt get my landing video and also I landed first even though I dropped second !! Also advice people not to go for the Instagram video extra because basically they edit the same thing into 1 min video.... Everything was fast and people were professionals !!

Had an amazing experience in the skydive open air gym.

Zero Gravity was cool! Nice relaxing beach and spaceous bathrooms to wash the sand and salt away before moving forward.

Perhaps one of the best moments of my life spent here. You must expect waiting time for about an hour. However the experience gives you memories you cherish forever . Would like to really thank my instructor Mr. Benz who kept me comforted all the time and had much professionalism in his work. Really grateful to him for giving me a life changing experience I won't ever get over with. For those gathering courage please don't worry.... It isn't that scary but really beautiful up there :):)

Maybe the experience of skydiving is great, but the noise that the plane is making every day is unbearable. It wakes up half of the people in JBR and BlueWaters at 7 am.

Please go only if pre booked.
We were no 1 on the waiting list.
Website says by 830am we will be informed if we could dive.
At 830 they asked us to wait for some more time .
At 930 am they assured us that we could dive however we will have to wait.

At 1030 am they said pilot has refused to fly.
That wasn't fair. We could have been told the same at 830 only.

Pretty expensive but the experience is a must do at least once in your life. Unforgettable.

Dubai Palm Sky Dive campus is one of the best & safest sky diving facility in the world. Not only will you float down towards the elegant Palm Jumeirah but you will also get a 360-degree view of the Dubai city. If you re the sort of person who finds falling through the sky at speeds of more than 120 mph fun, then Skydive Dubai will suit you just fine & fun. No previous experience is required since you will be securely attached to an instructor for your tandem jumps.

The instructors were actually all very professional and cool. I can imagine after doing it many times each day for years, it can get old, but they seemed to have fun. Four stars because of the extra i paid for the instsgram video. A software edited the video and the best parts were removed. I don't mind paying extra for value, but this aspect was a blatant rip off.

This is an awesome experience. Seeing the palm from up in the sky is so great. All in all a really thrilling experience. Would wanna do it again for sure.

Safest skydiving on earth.staff is good.and there is refund also in the case you are skydiving.

Awesome skydive experience with Skydive Dubai. One can book slots online and reach there and get to dive on first come first serve basis. They usually also have a waiting list that one can enter their name in if one reachd without reservation and may get called at around 3 pm if slots are available.
The staff is good, instructors and cameraman are very skilled and capable. They give you a briefing video just before the dive, telling what we need to do and be careful about which is again told when they are gearing us up with the harnesses. So you go up in the air by a small propeller plane, the dive happens at 13000 or 13500 feet, first a free fall of 30 to 40 seconds and then the parachute opens.
The views are great, Palm Atlantis , sea, boats and birds below, dubai skyline ... amazing experience. They take video and photos before, during and after the dive and give in a pen drive . They have gift shop and a small canteen too .

The experience was out of this earth. No better place to skydive. What a view. The entire experience from the moment you arrive here till u leave after you've completed your jump is amazing. Very well organized. Of course you have to sign all waivers before your jump.
If this is on your bucket list, please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Your trip to Dubai would be incomplete if you hadn't done sky diving.

Ok so this place is really cool. I went for my birthday and I couldn't jump both times I went. Just wanted to let everyone know they have a wait list and they say first come first serve. Its really not like that I was there back to back. First time I was number 10 didn't get it. 2nd day I was number 3. Then they told me since I didn't have an appointment before that I was going to be the last one. Because they put those customers that had appointment before first.

I was only in Dubai for 4 days. Came all the way from miami. Didn't get to do the only one thing I want to do in Dubai.

I say no matter if you had or not an appointment if it's first come first serve. It should just stay like that. Cuz I got there both time at 8am and they open at 10am. I made my line and waited.

Experience - I did my dive in Jan'18. Sky diving is indeed beautiful, my guide was really nice and fun, I enjoyed my Sky dive over Palm and also the video & photos are superb.

Management - Sucks. I was late at the venue as I was guided to go by metro first and later the Cab I hired didn't even know the way, we were lost and I was struggling to find it.
They marked me 'No show' plus there is no refund policy which is pathetic. Few days before my dive they had increased the cost by 200Dh so it had become double costly for me with no refund plus another dive.
I had come to Dubai justttt for skydive and was supposed to leave back the same day. As they marked me "no show" and there was no Slot for next 2days I had to cancel my flight plus make arrangements to stay until my next Skydive. This is ridiculous, they must refund the money back if they don't have slot, no one comes in late by purpose.
I could have boarded my flight the same day without doing the dive but either ways it was a waste of money for me.
Atleast the Dive made me feel good after all this nonsense.

Great experience and thrill. They pay attention to this detail and this is why they have not had any serious incident. Should be done withing 3hrs if you are in time. Highly recommended

What a fantastic place to have a skydive in Dubai. Nice views to see up to the sky. Instructors are frenly and always to do their best for us.

We did not skydive in the end due to high wind speeds but they were very professional and accommodating, immediately notifying us that we can either wait for the conditions to change or we can accept a full refund.

Had a good experience with the VR jump and their pleasant staff and can rate them highly for everything although we didn't jump.

Sky Dive Dubai...!! The name is enough to describe the experience of sky diving over Palm Island at Dubai with astonishing view of entire island while you jump from sky from altitude of 13,000 feet... Such a amazing experience worth cherishing a life long wherein they provide HD photographs and Video of your jump in the package... Total 2 person jump with you, 1 is photographer having 2 cameras mounted on his helmet (One was DSLR & Other was Go Pro to capture 4K HD video) and other was the licensed trainer with whom you jump from sky.
Once you are landed, you get a complimentary pen drive with edited HD video of your jump and HD photographs just within 30 mins...
Definitely worth trying once..!!

To the residents of UAE this establishment requires no introduction.
Jumping from 13K feet up over a man-made marvel built into the sea is an experience you get no where else but Dubai. For the price of admission you get 2 friendly staff jumpers that guide you through the process and take a video of you screaming, in excitement or terror, your voice away.
If you are in Dubai for a while and can afford it, it is a must go activity. Plan something after the jump to ease off the adrenaline - karting, paintball or the sort.

OMG - what an amazing experience.

If you ever feel like you 'must' jump out of an airplane. This is the place in the world to do it. As professionally organized as possible. From A to Z.

They go to great lengths to make your first jump a truly spectacular experience - making you jump with your own dedicated photographer that is just there to make sure he/she gets the best shots of you and The Palm.

Highly recommended. If you come to Dubai - this one is a must. Only advice: Book early. To not miss out on this life time experience. And enjoy the 45 seconds of free fall.

Amazing views and pictures from the outside looks like a dream. However the actual experience consisted of rude staff who would only speak to you in the plane for the video or for 2 mins on the ground explaining things. Not very friendly. They even took a below 18 year old for skydiving despite their "strict rules." The price was good and the views incredible but service should be much better! This is a must do bucket list adventure. I actually jumped 3 times because of the view and so did my mum and each time the staff was pretty "off" and not so friendly. Only friendly for the sake of the video.

I took a gyrocopter ride with Frank (pilot). Had a really good experience. Professional pilot and customer service. The gopro video is said to be free as part of the trip (priced in) which is really a good idea. I hate it when organisers charge it separately at a horrendously expensive price. Remember paying more than 50-100usd for a gopro skydiving video in Melbourne in the past.....

It was my husband's bday so he gifted himself skydive in Dubai and this was the only reason we went to Dubai... although everywhere else is cheaper over here it 2000 UAE dirhams and as it was his bday he got 200 discount + tshirt n a cap... so better to go on ur bday.... Honestly view was amazing....

The best experience in my life I highly recommend everyone to go for it. It is very safe and the staff are very friendly and comfortable
