Almost two hour wait to do jump from the time you are asked to arrive. Video footage provided was for another person and then when I eventually got my footage the incorrect name is used and despite initial responses to rectify the situation emails are now ignored.... The physical jump is a great experience but the professionalism of the organisation is a real pity.

Just goes to show you that people will complian about anything. This guy would complain if he found a $100 dollar bill on the ground saying " I wish the $100 bill I found on the ground did not have sand on it the staff at Sky Dive Dubai should do a better job of sweeping all the sand back on to the beach". Is this guy\girl kiding.
This is awesome drop zone great views the staff is amazing and I am planning another trip there for more time in order to be able to more time Skydiving. Love this place can't wait to see you guys again.
You could skydive somewhere else for half of the price. However, no other place will give you the same satisfaction.

Perfect place for adrenaline junkies.. Surely recommended if you are true adventurous sports lover but costly though so one time experience only..mostly you will see western people as its popular among them... Place is located in palm drop zone so its accessible by taxi.. There is cafeteria within vicinity so you can chill while watching people dropping from sky.. Instructors, staff are very reliable and friendly so they will make you feel confident before jump.. Overall recommended for young people and adults both..

Just did the tandem skydive today, great view good experience. The only place for improvement could be the waiting time from arrival to actual jump.
I did the Gyrocopter ride with Pilot Frank. It was an amazing experience. He was a great pilot and tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour/place.
As the name implies, lots of options here it's recommended to book in advance specially if you have a larger group. It's usually pretty busy but the staff are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

They have the monopoly in dubai but customer service sucks they say they will reply after 48 hours, they literally take 1 week to reply basic things i asked how long the freefall lasts in the email and after replying so late they didn't even answer the questions i asked. They had a kiosk in mall of emirates tried getting in touch with the lady handling the kiosk and talking to her was like talking to the wall. Being a person from the company i had a chat of 10 minutes and all she kept saying was check the website, you can book it online. And rather than answering my questions she was like where did i get the number from, and the number is a business number so she is supposed to answer my questions. I sent the same email twice to the company and after i wrote an angry email thats when they bothered to reply. Not at all professional even when i called them they said the same thing check the website. Tried all ways to contact the company but the knowledge to answer questions is zero.

Loved the experience, they are all super organized, happy, positive and everything happens so quick with almost no waiting even though the skydiving center was full with people. The price is a little steep but i'd say it was worth it.
Reach early.. fill the form with signatures, move to next counter and do the final payment, after which keep an eye on the television screen for which batch you are jumping In, could be at least a 30-45mins wait depending on season.

Having in a plane and thinking to jump for the first time is like feeling kinda anxious.. but no!! My mind is telling me just jump, and I did it!!! Whoahhh sooo goood!!! Now I can say having in a cloud is a dreamy and really an epic. Same feeling like a superhero that u can conquer the world, haha.. this 13,000 feet high while on the Sky I can see how magnificently Dubai captured my heart. It s very fascinating to see in your own eyes the view of Palm Jumeirah, a man made island shaped like a palm tree, it s sooo incredible! Over the view, you can see the scenery of the palace shape of the Atlantis, The Palm where in the crown of the famous Island, amazing! Burj Al Arab view, Palm Islands, Beach clubs with spas and infinity pools, are really stunning!... and many more to define. It was a great experience and will definitely be back soon!

Unique experience. I did it a day ago and I am still amazed and can't stop watching the recordings. The whole experience is perfect, safe. You only have to take care of enjoying. It's also very expensive, but I dont know if I would say it's overpriced. It's Dubai, and the high prices are related to the city. I do say it's completely worth it. I totally recommend it, for everyone, to face fears and to accomplish your dreams.
The freefall lasts about 45s, and the parachute fly about 5 minutes.
