They have the monopoly in dubai but customer service sucks they say they will reply after 48 hours, they literally take 1 week to reply basic things i asked how long the freefall lasts in the email and after replying so late they didn't even answer the questions i asked. They had a kiosk in mall of emirates tried getting in touch with the lady handling the kiosk and talking to her was like talking to the wall. Being a person from the company i had a chat of 10 minutes and all she kept saying was check the website, you can book it online. And rather than answering my questions she was like where did i get the number from, and the number is a business number so she is supposed to answer my questions. I sent the same email twice to the company and after i wrote an angry email thats when they bothered to reply. Not at all professional even when i called them they said the same thing check the website. Tried all ways to contact the company but the knowledge to answer questions is zero.
