Almost two hour wait to do jump from the time you are asked to arrive. Video footage provided was for another person and then when I eventually got my footage the incorrect name is used and despite initial responses to rectify the situation emails are now ignored.... The physical jump is a great experience but the professionalism of the organisation is a real pity.
