We've just came back after a week the hotel is amazing the staff are great the hotel is clean we would go back .we are fussy eaters so we mainly lived of the amazing deserts they do have good food options the only down fall is we went half board so we had breakfast and tea which tea was served at 7 which is late when feeding a tired 4yr old and drinks arent included you have to pay for these seperate and if you stay at the pool they stop you from buying food at 12.30 till 2.30 so they can cater for the all inclusive so you have to rather wait or go out which is difficult if you want to stay near the pool so I was not impressed not everyone wants to be all inclusive but still should be able to buy lunch while around the pool especially when you have children with you

The most relaxing holiday ever had, the hotel is 100 meters from the sea, with a splendid swimming pool adjacent to the hotel that you can take advantage of if you don't want to swim at the sea. At night you sleep lulled by the beautiful sound of the sea and the scent of trees adjacent to the rooms, the service is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and kind. The rooms are clean, essential for a seaside holiday and equipped with everything you need, including the addition of extremely excellent olive oil body care products. The food was divine ... every day vegetables and fresh fruit, roasted fish and meat at will, I believe I have never eaten so well in a hotel. We will certainly return.

I will register in both English and Hebrew - Excellent hotel and excellent service. Food pretty good. Not huge but big pool. Close to the center about 20 minutes. Very good hotel. Renovated hotel. Beautiful room
There is a balcony in the rooms.
Excellent hotel. Recently renovated. Brand new rooms. very pretty. With balcony. Excellent service !!!! . The hotel staff is very nice. Not a huge pool but quite large and adequate. There is a beach right in the hotel and only needs to go downhill for only one minute.
There is a gym in the hotel which is quite large but a bit old. But it does not matter there is relatively everything there.
The hotel is quite central. About 20 minutes from the mall on foot, about 7 minutes from the tombs of kings, about 20 minutes from the market. So everything's pretty close.
We arrived as a couple. This is a hotel that is pretty good for couples and did not have many children. There is no water park which is excellent. The food at the hotel is quite good relative to Europe. There is plenty to eat and you will not go hungry. Admittedly there is no diversity every day. In addition to the dining room, there is a pasta stand that the chef prepares according to their request, whichever pasta you want. Very tasty pasta !!! A little thing I liked less. That in terms of everything is included. It's not the all - inclusive most pampering. The bar has no treats throughout the morning and lunch. There are hourly treats between 11 and 12 and between 16 and 17.
But overall an excellent hotel. Beautiful. Service above expectations. We will definitely be back here!

Staff are quite friendly and the resort itself is nice. Just beware of the reviews on Tripadvisor and on easyJet holidays. It's definitely not as good as it looks in the pictures.

Best parts: Staff, Resort only beach with crystal blue waters & ice cream van. Very close to attraction "Tomb of the King's"

Worst parts: Concrete cancer on the balcony, lack of supervision and control, tasteless food in buffet

If you're sleeping here and have other places to go in Paphos, then it's a good decision. Just don't expect a resort like experience.

Food not very varied, very few fish. Seafood "0". Air conditioning did not work in my room. Towels, despite being left on the floor, were not all exchanged. Especially the one under the bathtub, it was hung on the bathtub to dry. Television in the room around 19 '. Programs in English, French, single, Russian, about five. Etc ...

We've just arrived home after a fabulous 5 night stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed it, we loved our room which overlooked both the Tombs of the Kings and the sea. The location is great and wow what a view from the bar overlooking the beautiful pool, beach and sunsets over the sea. Thanks for a great time, we hope to come back.

Stayed here for a week bed and breakfast and had a lovely time, May 19. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious and modern, with a lovely view over the pool and beach area. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. We did not eat here in evenings, but there were so many great restaurants within walking distance. Lovely pool area and right on the beach. We used the coastal walk a few times which takes you right to the harbour area which is more lively and has great shops, bars and restaurants. A nice quiet relaxing stay.

5* hotel with 5* service! The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern and the staff friendly and hard working. The food is delicious and the pool environment is fantastic with the added bonus of it being right opposite a Lidl which is perfect for the kids snacks and drinks (if not inclusive)

I would say the only thing that is needed for improvement is the night entertainment as there was hardly any when we went beginning of June. This would have helped us enjoy our meal better with 2 young children but we will definitely be visiting again when we return to Cyprus!

Which is in early October for a weekend. Ideal weather. Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms with refrigerator and electric kettle despite what others have written. Maybe because we were upgraded to a Superior Room. Beautiful lobby, pool and private beach in front of a shipwreck. A beautiful landscape terrace overlooks the pool and the beach and there is a bar and sometimes a quiet Greek singer and not a digger. We only took an excellent breakfast and not clearly kosher. No more need. Close to the hotel there are excellent and cheap restaurants and taverns and there is a great writer named Liddell more or less across the road. Be careful when crossing the road because the cars come from the opposite side of what is usual. The hotel is not new so the prices are very cheap compared to 5 stars. We read that we charge for Wei Fay but we did not charge. Username venus password 2018. There is a bicycle rental at the hotel. Parking is not great inside and not always free. A checkpoint opens with the room card and if no button is pressed to the right of the checkpoint. If there is no inside there is parking in the north kurkar lot. Note: On Saturday evening there was a private event (wedding) at the pool. We closed it at 4 to prepare for the event, but we didn't hear anything and didn't interrupt. Overall very satisfied.

Where shall I start? 5 star, DEFINITELY not. How companies can even lie about this, is beyond me!
A real mixed bag of a hotel (read 'resort'). First off, this is NOT a hotel, no tea making facilities, no AC and no in room iron. See pics for the 5 star ironing room.

The room we stayed in (354) was very nice, large bed and very clean overall. A nice view and balcony.

Room service was hit and miss, but huge portions. 1 spaghetti bolognaise was enough for 2 people in terms of portion size. Had a nice lunch one afternoon, but at a cost of 40 for 2 people! Ouch.

An extremely 'child busy' hotel, so not ideal for younger couples. Kids running around the hallways whilst trying to sleep.

Breakfast was of poor quality, you can taste it unfortunately. The nicest thing were the crepes, which were cooked in front of you. So, you knew they were fresh. For reference, even with it being free we hardly even ate there. Best off going to DT's over the road.

Daily room cleaning service was adequate at best, they only really made the bed. And worryingly, they didn't change the sheets in a 6 night stay. Didn't seem as though they cleaned the rest of the room either.

I appreciate this isn't a Hilton, but 5 star should be a literal meaning.

Rested in early November 2018 with children. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, convenient and very tasty! The sea is clean, calm, thanks to the breakwaters, and transparent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff could not be any better, we arrived around 11.15 pm at night, as we were checking in the receptionist made sure we got some food and a drink as it had been a long day traveling before finishing the check in. Every single staff member has been really nice, if you are sitting in the bar area always around to bring you a drink. They all have time for a smile and a hello. The rooms are lovely, not sure if they all have a safe and fridge but ours did, so you can put your own cold drinks in it. The TV, not a lot of English speaking channels but I'm not here to watch TV so no big deal. The food is fantastic, they also do live outdoor cooking as well which was good, beautiful pool area which also leads down to the sea. The old town is about a 20 mins walk, also a bus stop right outside the hotel, a no 615 runs every 15 mins and takes you to Paphos Harbour or Coral beach going the other way, cost 1.50 Euro. Our last couple of days but have loved it and would be back here in the blink of an eye.

Bad location, no swimming in the sea, incompetent service staff, sexist, unclean, prepotent, real unskilled workers.
Cruel food! !! Really amazing how you can rape food.
NEVER AGAIN!
1 star for the public transport, and 1 star for the pool area.
Have fun, those who book this.

We stayed a week and the positives are (1) that so...

We stayed a week and the positives are (1) that some of the staff are very very welcoming and friendly (particularly Valentin who works at the bar - this cannot be said for everyone working at the hotel though. My general feeling was that they didn't want to be there and made no attempts to be friendly. The cleaners were nice whenever we ran into them), (2) the pool and pool area (small - only 1 pool - but quiet and lots of options to get some shade when needed) and (3) close access the sea (the beach is right behind the pool).

Why didnt I give more starts? The hotel advertises itself as a 5 star hotel but I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel in any way - far from it: (1) the rooms and facilities are not to that standard (the bathroom in our room e.g. flooded every time we had a shower and there was mould, things seemed quite dated and the leisure area in the lower floor looks like a youth hostel's), (2) the service is not a 5 star service. The welcome was OK but (a) there is no tour or explanation of the facilities available and (b) you take your own bags to your room (I don't mind this but again - unusual for a 5 star), (3) you have to pay for things you don't usually have to (especially not in an actual 5 star hotel) e.g. use of the safe - a daily charge and if in the evening you want to take a glass of water to the room you have to pay despite paying for all inclusive, (4) the food is ok if you're not vegan (based on my partner who enjoyed the buffet options). As a vegan, I was able to eat but lived off tomatoes, cucumbers, some sort of lettuce and humous for the week (twice a day). Occasionally there's be grilled aubergine and/or courgette. A lot of the vegetarian options have butter or chicken stock (so not vegetarian at all).

There are a number of stray cats around which is sad but most people seemed to be nice and give them water (guests not staff - I hope something is done for the cats by the hotel but I didn't witness this) or cat treats (there's a Lidl 2 mins walk away).

There is a designated smoking area when you eat so you don't have to inhale the smoke of others then but people smoke all around the pool so no escaping it there. A smoking area outside near the pool would have been great especially given how many kids were there and non-smokers who want to enjoy it poolside without smoke all the time!

In terms of entertainment, there is yoga and Pilates in the mornings outside, aqua aerobics and Latin dancing both run by a very friendly and enthusiastic teacher. She also organised water polo, table tennis, pool, and darts competitions. I didn't see any evening entertainment.

Overall, we had a nice time (save for the food situation) and I think for families with young chilsren this is probably a good place to go but don't expect a 5 star hotel! This rating really ought to be revised. I've stayed in nicer 3 and 4 star hotels.

I want to say that the domestic is better than a guest house, the air conditioner does not have a certain IQ can not open, WiFi charges, refrigerator charges. This made me even fall in love with my home, 7 days. Also five stars, the difference is extremely good!

The facilities are old, there are many people, the dining pool is crowded, and the bar is too noisy at night, it should be far below the five-star standard. Breakfast is rather monotonous. The old towel did not look clean. The most horrifying thing is that when I went out one day, there was no room for cleaning, too garbage!

Hotel doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. It is quite old and out dated (the tennis court is right at the entrance and looks horribly neglected) but the stay here was good overall, we enjoyed the pool and beach, although the beach is not private and you need to pay for chairs. A bit far by walking distance from the action of the city itself but there is a great grocery store right across the street. Lobby staff was absolutely lovely, most of the dinning room staff was unpleasant to say the least. Food was great, especially breakfast though there was a scary incident where we found a sharp piece of plastic in the ice cream from their freezer. The price is ok but I'm sure there are much nicer and newer hotels in the area within that price range.

The beach is divided into 2 zones - for lovers of calm swimming and families with babies, there are jetties in the sea, and for those who are not afraid of big waves, they left part of the beach as it is. The beach is sandy, but in some places there are stones in the water, you need to walk carefully. It looks very picturesque ship, stranded a few years ago, and so there

I was shouted at by a member of staff. Internet comes at an extra cost. Food was disgusting and not much variety nor much difference between lunch and dinner menus. Bottles of water were not given so we could not take water into our rooms. Water could only be ordered at the bar (bar closed at 1am). Entertainment were things like a quiz, live old fashioned music and karaoke. Anybody could come in and out of the hotel, in fact locals were using their swimming pool.

The hotel itself is, in principle, not bad. Polite staf, nice rooms and pool. But the fact that this hotel is a maximum of 4 *. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the bed is changed only if you call the reception. The cuisine is not bad, there is everything and vegetables and grill and meat and fruits. Seafood, of course, is not enough) The most important minus is safety. The hotel is located next to the public beach, they do not have their own beach. As a result, there is a passage yard. Everything is on the hotel grounds. Once we stole towels. Well at least the hotel gave new without any problems. When asked if there are cameras, they answered me no. Therefore, if something is stolen from you, no one will find anything

Corresponds to five stars. The hotel is after renovation, the furniture is new, everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, all issues are resolved immediately. The food is super varied, I would even say they spoil too much)) everything is delicious, there are always a lot of fruits too. There is always something to feed a small child. Own access to the sea (sand), swimming with children.
I recommend this hotel (for romantic couples, couples with children, the elderly). Take all inclusive right away - you will not regret it and it is more profitable (drinks, drinks, ice cream, snacks, varied meals are guaranteed). In cafes, restaurants, it is more expensive or also, but one dish, and here is a buffet. All the same, you will not walk anywhere for more than three hours, you will return to eat at the hotel. From June 3, the heat began (it will be even hotter), you won't get far from the hotel, by bus to the embankment, you will still quickly walk there.
we came with HB and paid extra here, but it would have been cheaper when buying a tour, but still beneficial to All.
You can rent a car. This makes it faster and more comfortable in the heat to get to parks, shops, places for walks, other floats, etc.
There is a cheap supermarket opposite the hotel, Lidle.

The air conditioning was not working. I called at the reception and they sent a technician. He put his hand up in the air and annoyed me "how to work". Of course when I tried to explain to him that when something is just blowing air is not air conditioning he continued to sell Cypriot madness. So is the reception. If you like the tropical climate, swim in your sweat and masochism in general is the perfect place. I'm sorry that I kept it flat and regretted the cleaners otherwise I would have one on the carpet and then tell you it is kadaif
