Where shall I start? 5 star, DEFINITELY not. How companies can even lie about this, is beyond me!
A real mixed bag of a hotel (read 'resort'). First off, this is NOT a hotel, no tea making facilities, no AC and no in room iron. See pics for the 5 star ironing room.

The room we stayed in (354) was very nice, large bed and very clean overall. A nice view and balcony.

Room service was hit and miss, but huge portions. 1 spaghetti bolognaise was enough for 2 people in terms of portion size. Had a nice lunch one afternoon, but at a cost of 40 for 2 people! Ouch.

An extremely 'child busy' hotel, so not ideal for younger couples. Kids running around the hallways whilst trying to sleep.

Breakfast was of poor quality, you can taste it unfortunately. The nicest thing were the crepes, which were cooked in front of you. So, you knew they were fresh. For reference, even with it being free we hardly even ate there. Best off going to DT's over the road.

Daily room cleaning service was adequate at best, they only really made the bed. And worryingly, they didn't change the sheets in a 6 night stay. Didn't seem as though they cleaned the rest of the room either.

I appreciate this isn't a Hilton, but 5 star should be a literal meaning.
