The staff in Tricor are very experienced in dealing with different business problems.

The company is only good for Fresher. Otherwise totally disgusting culture, Upper Mgmt is disaster, no recognition of work , Appraisal based upon the tenure in the organization. HR is worst and no any facility provided by Organization. If you have experience in MNC, then its not ur cup of tea.

Don't go for interview. They waste your time, take aptitude test and all. Call again after two days for interview. And when I reached there they said, we are sorry you are not shortlisted, there is miscommunication, you don't have interview today. I took leave from office, and my interview was also not conducted. No one was accountable for such act.

We can always seek help from Tricor when we encounter any business problems. Wonderful company.

If you are a developer, Don't go there they are calling you just for time pass, bad behavior and they will not give you any response either positive or negative.

Typically private company not having MNC work culture you will definitely experience difference if you are from MNC. Lots of politics of higher management very rude. Try elsewhere before joining this company if you don't have an option then only join I will suggest.

good place to get experience and knowledge, but very bad in terms of payment.their salary structure is very different.some of the deductions which should be paid by the co. are also taken from us.Eg : PF, ESIC, Medical. we do not get bonus for diwali.Monthly bonus is added to our salary every month which is not right.

Its a BPM who does accounts work for many of their domestic and international clients. Its a good place to start a career

Hr is not responsive, they tell to all that you are selected come tomorrow but tomorrow never comes

It's he'll company sorry to say i went there for interview and HR was saying may I know with whom u came???I mean who the he'll she is to know with whom i came for interview, at that time I was not well.... Micro management is there, she was demoralising my values by saying we can not give u this much expected salary people work more than you and are coming on less package. Dear SKP head please tell her how to interact with candidate so that your company brand wont be affected.

Disgusting place to work. I have worked here for a short time in contract team. Dictator lady headed the contracts team there. Work was pathetic. Most of the team left with in a year's time few of them left without offers in hands. I have seen girls crying n coming out of the head's cabin. This review is specific to contract management team in pune.
