I have done business with ABC Office for over a decade and would highly recomend them with any product they handle. Top quality machines, and fast helpful customer service. The few issues I remember from hundreds of contacts have been resolved quickly, and always in my favor. In fact, my Father did business with them over 30 years ago, and always had nice things to say about their business relationship. Definitely would recomend to anyone considering their product. Can't go wrong. Very professional.

STAY AWAY!!! The only person you will be able to work on problems you will have with your purchase (you will have them for sure) is Morgan Cloward. No returns even if you will get empty box from them. They don't care. Their site policy say that.

I unfortunately purchased a laminating machine, when it arrived it did not work. The machine was initially replaced and now a few months later it to is not working (same problem as the first machine). I called Cynthia for several days and never received a return call. I finally reached her a week after the machine became non functional. I was told that she would get back to me. I week later I still had not heard back and so I called again. Once again I was unable to reach her. I did receive an email basically tell me it was my responsibility to contact the manufacturer and work it out with them. I replied to the email seeking additional information, to which I have received no reply. Equipment has now been down 3 weeks. Very disappointing.

I bought a paper cutter from ABC Office several years ago and it's still working great today!. Their prices are competitive and they even offered to match a lower price if I could find one. Great buying experience! I wouldn't hesitate to order from ABC Office again!

Bought a $500 item from them and received it NOT WORKING! They said they will not accept it because it was CLOSEOUT item. Never buy any closeout item from them - they will send you empty box and you will not be able to return it! Had to open BBB case against this scammers. Waiting for resolution.

I bought a paper cutter in December. It never worked. They would not take responsibility for it until I threatened a law suite. After almost three months I'm still trying to get my paper cutter. The customer service here is absent. Run away!

I recently had some problems with my laminator. I got a roll stuck on the roller. Anyway, I called your customer service people and they were so friendly and polite and extremely helpful. You should be complimented on your staff.

One of the few companies that has a live operator answer the phone! Friendly customer service and they ship quickly. I recommend ABC Office.
