Skorburg Company has purchased the once pastoral property across the street from my modest retirement home. They purchased it well over a year ago. We now have the future reality of many homes jammed on minimal lots with massive traffic increases along a once small secondary road in Corinth Texas. 90 plus home swill dump out on Shady Rest Lane right in front of my once quiet home. The property is now sitting fallow with a large house boarded up and a partially destroyed barn /garage to greet us each and every day. Multiple pleadings to the lackadaisal Corinth so-called government and code enforcement "officials" has yielded nothing but excuses (the norm for Corinth). No occasional complaint lodged on my part with Corinth in the last 15 years has been resolved to my satisfaction. The eyesore remains. No communication from anyone. The good citizens of Corinth now occasionally dump on the property including a neighbor. A black Ram truck pulled up last week and unloaded his truck load of weekend tree trimmings. What's next, low-riders up on blocks, campers, homeless encampments? I can hardly wait as the one thing I know by now, given my experience with Corinth Code Enforcement and the Corinth Police Department is that they will simply make excuses for their failure to get results. Skorburg brings them tax revenue-they already have mine apparently. In my experience, so far, if the Skorburg folks come your way, God bless you and your home values. It's all about making the money.

Appreciate the business, and can count on them for getting payed. No non sense company. Everyone in the office is professional and kind.

We went out and did a job that Skorburg owns called Rosemeade in Carrollton Texas. We have asked to be paid and Skorburg has refused to pay us.
