Staff was very nice and very helpful. We walked away with a great vehicle for our teen driver. Only needed about $60 in parts to fix what was wrong and we saved $2,000 off of KBB value. Make sure you read the paper they give you so that you know about all of the fees (tax, title, buyers premium). We will definitely buy here again.

Got a good running vehicle at a great price. Definitely would recommend going to an auction if you're in need of a vehicle ASAP.

Cars are junk I remember when they sold nice cars these cars look like they are ready for skid row cars

I would be giving this place five stars but I felt that I won a truck for $1,650 and they said that I didn't and I was the one that said half on the bidding and I believe I got screwed out of the vehicle and it wasn't even shown in the post sale so I think they pulled it from me

Skipco staff very helpful. The public get caught up in the bidding frenzy and end up paying retail or higher for the vehicle. Fools...lol.

This place is horrible. It is not a auction. If you win 9 out of 10 times the bank still has to approve your bid. Wouldn't recommend it.

I have bought many vehicles from them over the years and they have always proved to be one of the best public auto auctions in Ohio.

Great place to buy a car! Auctioneers hang their bids a little long sometimes.. great sales team! Very helpful! Check the cars over good before buying, and you will have a great experience!

Love it there there employees are great and there is one lady named Beth who goes above and beyond her job description to make sure everything u need is taken care of

Not even wholesale prices anymore!! They started running commercials and radio ads and now every person with $2,000 is going up there and overpaying for stuff. You can literally find better deals on Craigslist. Skipco is taking advantage of inexperienced bidders who jack up up the bid without realizing the fees & repairs that go along with these vehicles. Sad to say but there is no longer any deals left to be had at skipco.

Didn't win on any bids, but had a enjoyable time anyway. Not fair dealers have the better selection to choose from. But you can check out the cars before the auction starts.

OK cars some really should go straight to the junk yard they would probably get more money for it.

Have nice cars but dealers come in public lane and prices go way up! I feel dealers should stay in their lane and let the public have fun in their own!

Great place to buy a car for way less than anywhere else

I'm just confused . You have multiple employees working but shut down the office so every employee can take a 1 hour smoke break . Now people have to wait an hour to get their car back . Management of resources and time is poor .

Not wearing masks, not social distancing. Clients nor staff practiced like we were in a pandemic. They had the nerve to have people counting at the door at one garage door that lead to 3 others that people were constantly walking in and out of. I'll stick to on line. U are definitely not safe there

Very nice staff but prices are starting to go a lot higher then they should. You could get them cheaper at dealer lots.

Anytime you buy a used vehicle you're buying a pig in a poke if you go to an auction do your homework make sure that the vehicle you want to bid on is sound. The employees at the auction were courteous and helpful a real interesting experience.
