They don't have any leads with a license. If I could give a negitive 80 I would. They never have parts, no employees that can work or a staff that can't operate an MRO. Darius is great. This place is horrible and I recommend to run away FAST!!!! I'm actually surprised they can talk customers into going back. But wait, there is NO repeat business. This place will be owned by another bank soon. These idiots wouldn't know what an a licensed mechanic was if it hit them in the face.
FAA might be visiting soon.

A very interesting place is where they paint and put the labels on the planes. It is also where the soldiers practice parachuting, only they are not allowed to take pictures.
Not what I expected and glad I'm not there anymore. There needs to be a change in culture with management otherwise they will never attract and retain good people and end the high-speed revolving door.
If you are coming to pick up a load make sure to have BOL#, Customer name, engine serial numbers or part numbers to be picked up and broker names too, ohh before i forget, you have to go to the guard shack and they will direct you to the shipping/receiving office, i will upload a picture so you can see where's the guard shack, i highlighted it in yellow.
Also make sure they pay for your time when coming over here because it could take up to 12 to 18 hrs or more to get loaded (I'm sharing my experience here).
Be aware that when you tarp engines since they are so akward you may end up with few holes on your tarps cause of the sharp edges of the engines unless you have moving blankets to throw on top of engines first, which you probably are going to have to ask for approval because i came to pick up a load of two engines here for PGL and they want pictures of everything, then you have to wait for approval to proceed to next step in load/securing the load.
In other words if you have option for another load i highly suggest to avoid this PGL loads cause they don't even have or offer that great of a pay for all the hassle they put you through but if you think I'm bullshittin' then you can give it a try and your luck may be different than mine.
Great place to start as an A&P. Learning survival tactics, like time management, beating the heat and how to reduce fatigue and work efficiently. building up my tools and tools for tools to make the job less difficult. thinking on your feet. Investigating & scavenging for resources, jk. Funny leads ,cool people and interesting people. If you survive here you can survive anywhere.
The place sucks, middle of no where 14 miles to nearest restaurant, leads and management clueless and hire only long enough to get aircraft out there behind on and tell u other work coming when not! Then bait you with $30 pay and 2 weeks later reduce it to $25
miserable heat.bate and switch, promise of 30$/hr then once in indoc class find it 25$/.to 8 weeks to turn a a320 b check.middle of no where.hired me for avionics at lower rate then a&p.then ran out of work and wanted me to work as a&p at lower rate then black listed me for leaving to find other work
