Extremely frustrated with poor customer service and the deceptive "guaranteed season" promotional campaign. I was cheated.

I wish everyone who will be dealing with customer service the best of luck.

And to anyone who purchases any product or service, be careful.

Otherwise for the station, it's ok. You have to like big music, long lines and crowded tracks.

Great station for a nice walk with the family. The chairlifts do not work during this period but we can access the summits via trails. Breathtaking view of all the surrounding peaks. The toilets next to the reception are open. It gets busy from 3 p.m.

Since 2005, Ski Bromont has always been synonymous for me with a good mix of pleasure and pain. Impossible to calculate, as much the number of descents as of landings that I could practice there. If you fancy an intense adrenaline rush, I think this can be a mountain go-to.
I don't know the exact number of tracks available, but there is definitely something for everyone. On the other hand, over the years, despite the price of the pass which has always increased, I have more the impression that they want to accommodate the riders than to offer them an unparalleled experience.
In the early days we had access to a reserved ski lift, while now we have to share the one that is used by sledging enthusiasts, so needless to say it stops on a regular basis before reaching the top .
In addition, the initiation to cycling trail is now shared with hikers. I understand that this track is not supposed to be a place for top speed, but I have some doubts about the safety aspect of the thing.
I don't do all the trails, but I often have the impression that the trails that are groomed are the "Bing Bang", and then the trails leading to the bike park, for the rest, hang on your helmet, and equip you have good armor.
They have some nice runs on the other side, but the ski lift is only on weekends.
On my last visit, seeing the turmoil in the fight that they have undertaken to set up the new cabins, we can easily understand where their financial priorities are.
About 10 years ago, I would have given 5 stars, and today I would rather go with 2. But in memory of the very good old days, I go with a 3 star because I still manage to have pleasure in taking it down.

Great water park for children.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were nice to the kids and always with a smile.

Bromont Water Park

Bromont Water Park
Covid19 measures lacking to say the least. No one is required to wear a mask once you enter. There was not one line we stood in where someone wasnt pushed up against my back. Not once did any staff members point out that safe distance measures must be respected in lines. I had to use my back as a wall for my family to stand a couple of feet in front of me.

Even with restricted capacity we could only go on 5 slides in 6 hours.

I have been to this park before and found it to be a solid 4/5.

One positive note, a gentleman named Jean from the locker counter was trying to inforce social distancing and masks, but was obviously outweighed by the crowds. He was also very very helpful.

I don't recommend bringing your family to this park until pandemic issues have dissipated. For your own safety.

Clearly awesome. Great array of mountain bike terrain. A water park. Loads of parking. Not super expensive. A good value for a family with children, adults, teens and Grandparents.

Beautiful mountain, good ski center and the cost of subscriptions is very advantageous. Bromont is clearly the best mountain in the Eastern Townships both in terms of conditions and price!

We come from Toronto to snowboard here, since they have a special for Ontario citizens. We love this mountain, the runs are long and with all levels of difficulty, a place for everyone. The only down, is the cold, that is real here, nothing compared to Toronto weather.

This is not my first outing in Bromont, I know in advance that the trails are sometimes difficult. However, I have never had such bad service from employees as I do today.
First of all at the ticket office, the lady speaks little loudly because of the Plexiglas. when I finally understood what she said to me, shouting, I should not have entered my bike, when I did not want to enter with, I just wanted to see if there were people inside. In short, it goes more or less well.
I take the chairlift it's going well, I am offered to help me install the bike on the chairs (nothing to say about it). Rendered at the top that it complicates. The gentleman on top of the mountain is arrogant. They warned me once because I got off and branched off to my bike pretty quickly. According to them I had to go straight and come back for my bike. (Okay my bad) On the other hand, the next climb he slips my bike without the slightest excuse. (This is ordinary). The next climb I get yelled at, saying that I have not respected "the way out of the chair". The two employees are angry, however I took care to follow the instructions given earlier. I apologize, except that one of the employees shouts at me like what I do not respect the rules that it made 4 times that I was warned. I tell them that they told me just once and that I tried to follow what they wanted. I'm not here to mess around, I just want to have fun on my bike. I decide to leave the platform and then the employee shouts at me: "if you want to make a complaint I have no problem here is my name". I will keep his name hidden, but know that he has a biblical name. In addition, the people who waited after the platform, all criticized his attitude that it made no sense. Then I did not come back up because I did not want to be yelled at for yet another without reason.
In short, I do not know if it is because of the covid that people are irritable, but such a lack of professionalism disappoint me enormously for a place that wants to be THE cycling destination in Quebec.

Beautiful day. Not too much waiting.

We would have taken another slide with ponds (accessible at least 1m37) and a kind of long river with tube would have been cool. (Genre St-Sauveur or Amazoo)

It's made too expensive for 1 day / evening ... and the last 3 times I went there the ski lift broke so I lost several hours in all.
PS: I have been a Passe Almost Anytime member for 7 years but I stopped .. linked to the lack of service and the price.

I really enjoyed my experience in Bromont during the evening open at night. I was able to learn on the tracks to start at the beginning quite quickly and then there was a large amount of "easy" track for beginners which was great for a first experience and I could see that there were certain track which could have killed me so much that it was intense. the quality of the snow was great and the staff were often there to help when the world fell or got injured. The canteen downstairs is very welcoming and all the staff are very friendly, which is a big change in a big city like Montreal. The view from the mountain at the top is just breathtaking and alone is a good reason to come if you love the mountains.

An exceptional place to practice your favorite winter sport. There are beginner to expert alpine ski runs and snow parks to satisfy both beginner and experienced skiers. In addition, you can access it year-round because summer Bromont becomes a water park that includes 13 water slides and four swimming pools including a wave pool. You can also go mountain biking and hiking with trails adapted to each of these sports. The food courts are well suited for both winter and summer.

A unique riding/skiing experience. Especially at night! They light up so many trails, so well, that you barely realize it s night time. Visibility is perfect. The new lodge on the summit has incredible views. Fast lifts and some of the best snow parks anywhere. My only complaint would be the over grooming of the trails and the high traffic make for really, really, really hard conditions if it hasn t snowed in a few days.

Overall a good experience for a day with 2 children aged 4 and 7.
Swimming pools, slides and a few more "land" activities make for a good day.
It s just a shame that we had to arrive very early just to book for the Divertigo ... because we weren't able to.

Very poor safety on the ski lift, aging buildings, some slides having lost their comfort, good slides for very young children, but overwhelmed by the competition. Reasonable street truck prices.

First time we were going to walk this mountain. Beautiful day in September, a Saturday afternoon. We were very surprised to learn that our activity for the day would be free. Parking and uphill. It is only if you use the chairlift that there are costs to pay.

The climb is quite intense, but very doable. Rock path with a constant drop in height. Our ascent took us 50 minutes with a moderately fast step. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the viewpoints at the top of the mountain since it was closed for renovations. We went back down the other side and found on the bottom that we had not arrived on the same side as we had left. We walked a good 5 kilometers further to find the main chalet.

It was a great day in nature!

A nice little water park but with excellent customer service. The priority is the customer and it seems natural. Thanks to Jerome for his attentive service; he walked in the mountains to find my sandal.

Overpriced for what you get. Some good/excellent runs but very seasonal cuz it's south of MTL. Warmer conditions than north of MTL (saint-sauveur, Tremblant etc) An hr drive north will give you longer ski season and better conditions and better runs. Bromont has been very windy every time I've gone, some runs are not groomed well and have ruined my skiis. Night skiing is only available on 4 runs, I definitely prefer Sauveur for night skiing, runs and price. However, I love the nuit Blanche events held at bromont which is what makes me give a higher rating, ski until 2am for regular evening pass prices with music.
