Really cool store. Randy was really helpful and helped us pick out a watch and also gave us other recommendations for a really cool places in the area. Great representation of the company and was always smiling.

Sales people are helpful and accommodating, and they greet you like employees should. But what I appreciate most about them is that they DON'T HOVER. I hate when I go into a store and an employee is always around, ready to pounce on me if I even LOOK like I might be interested in an item. OC's employees are not like that, and I can understand why some people might think that they have an attitude... but the fact that they leave me alone and let me take my time is actually one of the main reasons I like this store.
