Great destination for beginners in the wave
Top team on site at kite station and accommodation :)
The local team was very professional and dedicated.
Great food and clean accommodation overlooking the sea.
The organization was great. The kite area would have been perfect if there had not been the accumulation of garbage on the neighboring property.
I was in Morocco / Dakhla and was very satisfied! The support before the trip was professional and very friendly as tried and tested, the spot including the downwinder in the desert was awesome, the camp was super chic and luxurious and the team on site (especially the 2 boys in the restaurant) was great! Not a bargain, but worth every penny!
I started kitesurfing in Tatajuba, Brazil with Kiteworldwide. It was an excellent experience. The Instructing and Kite Team around Oswaldo did an excellent Job. The resort team was always caring and food was delicious. you have to take into consideration that it was taking place in the middle of a unique natural habitat 5 hours drive from Fortaleza. The resort management was in Suisse hands and managed to take out lots of the unpleasant inconveniences of Brazilian country life but not all of them! Great Job!!
I was in Sicily last summer with KiteWorldWide, super spot, great team and terrific food! Again and again
My brother and I were in Djerba the last week and have
Coincidentally found the spot where KiteWorldWide has its kite school. We were warmly welcomed, even though we had not booked through KiteWorldWide. In short, what goals we had and already went to the water (with top modern material). A huge Shale, many algae and small shells in the ground, but also barefoot ok. Anyone who does not learn to kite here is rather out of place (we heard that from the guests present), here is a big compliment to Anne, our teacher, who brought us so much further in such a short time! But also a big thank you to the rest of the team, who were also in the "free time" always friendly and had time for one or the other tip. Greetings from the Lower Rhine to Djerba
The spot is super suitable, especially for beginners. The team of instructors is first class, super patient, helpful and technically very competent. I was also impressed by the entertainment team at the property
I just had great experiences with Kiteworldwide, always had a great time in Sicily, the spot is perfect for learning, the material is always brand new and we had a great time with guests and team. Was last winter in the villa in Cape Town and at the kitesafari in Brazil and was really excited, especially as a solo traveler, you get to know a lot of like-minded people, the team organizes super delicious dinners, excursions and Downwinder en Masse and the spots are gorgeous anyway. Worth every penny, top organization, before and during the trip!
I have already visited 3 KiteWorldWide destinations. Djerba, Sal and Cape Town. I liked them very much.
I'm looking forward to the next destination and can recommend KiteWorldWide to anyone who wants to learn kitesurfing.
5 stars for the kite spot in Denmark,
with its troubled North Sea and a leap to the shallow fjord, both under plenty of wind, offers the opportunity for every kite level, the rest of the team worried on site ... casual and dedicated with a permanent smile, every day of the week, there was nothing wrong,
I will not be next year either, I promise!
I was in djerba and have to say that kww is one of the best kite tour organizers for me personally.
They are very family and strives to take care of everything. You can really switch off on vacation, even if there is no wind, alternatives are suggested. The common food with people you have just met, is a lot of fun and extends your horizons .
The next Kww journey is coming.
I try to have some information and thy were really rude in the answer, not professional and unpolite in the email. They put me pressure just because I was not replying after 2 days. The prices are really high for the service moreover they want you to book through them the hotel with a rate that is twice more expensive then booking. I will not try again to use their service
Lessons in Sicily is a rip off! My girlfriend took classes with Kite World Wide in Sicily last May. There were 5 students+ 1 instructor (and 1 kite) for the lesson. They don't start lessons where the school is, but everyone needs to walk for 30minutes in water (also with strong wind) to the distant place at the lagoon. They were all tired before starting lesson. At the end they have to walk back again! Moreover there were instructors from other schools shouting at them to leave the area and use their spot. Huge disappointment!
Love that place! Gorgeous location, incredible beach with a view to table mountain, nicest people, spacious rooms!
Great atmosphere with the crew, whether in perfect wind or calm days. We were super cared for and the coaches explained everything to us patiently, so that we all could be happy about successes :) The spot in Sicily I really liked because you can stand anywhere and that is a great security feeling especially for beginners. An experience that I think back joyfully forever. Can I recommend to anyone :)
Had a super cool vacation in cape town. Very cool house and great people.
Marci and jule: you guys are the best and you do it really well!
Thank you very much and see you soon. I'll miss you.

Sal, Capo Verde
A real challenge for beginners. You have to book many hours to get into driving. Relatively costly study hours ... everything else was great, great care and atmosphere, nice accommodation!
Very much appreciated to advertise and recommend trips during seasons that do not reflect appropriate surfing conditions.
To recommend Kitesurfing in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka in the months of Mai/June because of the good wind conditions is flawed and mainly driven by the hunger for profit.
Weather varies but with a 50% chance to have a rainy day (full tropical rain) you can easily end up wasting 2 weeks of your life.
There is better.
I have just come back from Sicily with my daughter from Kite Kiteworldwide Camp and I can only warmly recommend the camp.
A super nice and highly motivated team!
Of course, you always have to be lucky when it comes to the wind. We definitely stood on the water 6 out of 7 days.
Keep it up, we'll be back!
super nice team, accommodation is also very good and clean, nice environment
I was at KiteWorldWide in Sicily last year, Lo Stagnone. Already the request by e-mail went smoothly and I got quick answers. When I arrived on site, I was warmly welcomed by the KiteBoardingEvents team and felt right at home. The material is always the newest and is treated very well, whereby the slightly higher price is definitely justified. Even if there was no wind we did not get bored because the team always had an alternative. All in all, really great and I will definitely be back!
I was in Kiteworldwide in November with kiteboarding events in Brazil and it was the best kite vacation I have ever done. I'll definitely be back next year !!
2nd trip with kite world wide done and dusted now. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Great communication and explanation of what to expect on the trip. Both times have had great reception and hosts at the destination.
This time Sri Lanka Dream Spot and as always very well organized, friendly, just great and gladly again!
I was already in Sicily and in Cape Town and it has me once liked each very good! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get ahead while kiting, learning it or wants to explore the world with kiting. Next holiday again!
For the sixth time we're going to the kite holiday with KWW. We were all beginners. And in the meantime everyone kites independently to very good. We have met many equally satisfied people and see many of them again and again and have made new friends.
The service in Germany is very friendly and effective. The employees in the accommodation and at the spot are competent, some kit instructors are even top.
On a total of 69 days we only had one day that we drove over 10 square meters. My standard size is 7 sqm.
So, I highly recommend KWW.
I was in Cape Town with KWW a while ago and it was a great trip. The team in Hamburg and on site is friendly, competent and answers quickly. The location was great and I really liked the local community culture. Certainly not the cheapest provider on the market but everything is TOP and of high quality - including the pool of materials. My next destination is Zanzibar ... so recommendable and gladly again anytime.
Have spent with a friend a great week on Djerba, in the accommodation was a relaxed atmosphere, we have met many different people and the evenings often spent in the group, went to markets together etc. Super nice and helpful team, got me felt very well cared for here.
Simply the best the best team. Very quick and supper advice. Always happy
Better later than never ... We were in Sicily last year and had a great kite vacation. Thanks to Martin and the local team who looked after us so well on the water and on land. We will definitely be back!
Best agency regarding kitesurfing matters in traveling!
We booked our kite trip to Kos. Everything was right. We received competent advice before and during the trip from Hamburg. The kite instructors on site were very friendly and helpful. The professional training makes great progress in kiting. The airport transfer worked perfectly. Every day we had wind for kiting.
Booked a trip to Kenya January/February 2017 and had a great experience both with the team in Hamburg, super quick and friendly response to my requests. Great surf staff at the lodge in Kenya and super local team from housekeeping, bar, restaurant, reception and the kitchen. Great food, reasonable prices on drinks. Great wind, awesome weather and lots of recreational fun. Seems like everybody there from beginner to experienced kite surfers had a great time and I for sure connected with some great folks from all over the world. Will definatly book another trip with KWW and will for sure visit Kenya again in 2018.

A quick side note as I am reading previous posts here. Not sure how anyone can hold a travel agency in Germany responsibly for power outages in a third world country, which do not have western standards. But than it is helpful to read things and not go with just stars.
Very cool vacation in Cape Verde! The only point that bothered me was the rather shabby room. With the price / performance ratio you can imagine something else. However, since you are 90% on or near the water, you can neglect the point. Many thanks to the team on site!
Beware of KiteWorldWide. They completely ripped us off and ruined half our vacation. We paid 1300 Euros for a week at their Sri Lanka resort. But part way through our stay (at 2am), power and water went out, which left everyone in our building sleepless and devoured by mosquitos since our rooms were sweltering and they don't have window screens or mosquito nets. By 5pm the next day, power and water still hadn't been restored and they had no estimated date for restoration, so we checked out to go to the hotel next door, which had water/power. (Come on Kite Worldwide - you've got to provide guests with flushing toilets, a working shower and a functioning ceiling fan or AC. That's just basic.) Quite unbelievably, Kite Worldwide would not refund us for that ruined night, or the remaining days of our stay that we'd already paid for. That's just shocking, especially since we paid so much and the resort promised "European Standards."
Even worse, Kite Worldwide refused to talk with me about the refund when we checked out - they said I had to email the company, which I did repeatedly, and it took Kite Worldwide FOUR WEEKS to get back to me to deny the refund. We paid for a hotel room with power and electricity, which they couldn't deliver, and yet they refused to refund us. That's seriously inexcusable customer service and demonstrates very untrustworthy business practices.
Oh, and when we chatted with other equally upset guests, we found out that Kite Worldwide charged us twice as much as others.
Kite Worldwide also lied about their offerings at the hotel in their advertising materials. They said you could kite right from the resort, which is patently untrue - the hotel manager and kite instructors verified that you can't kite from there due to thick seagrass, shallow water and shifty winds. There were many other problems, like that the AC didn't cool our room, the food was often burnt and inedible, the mini fridge wasn't functioning, there was no hot water, the bed was thin and there were wasps and spiders in our room. There's nothing about that place that lives up to their advertised "European Standards."
My husband and I frequently travel in developing countries and we roll with the various issues that you are likely to encounter at hotels, but this was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Kite Worldwide is a seriously dishonest company. Beware of them. I hope no one else has a vacation ruined by Kite Worldwide.
Sales-driven company that offers products (especially transfers / trips / meals in camp) at unusual market prices. Before booking, be sure to research the wind conditions yourself, as the employees offer little local knowledge and objective advice. If you want to book through Kiteworldwide to get to know other surf students during your stay, you should definitely ask how high the occupancy in the camp is and how many other students are there at the time. The KWW team was interested in feedback after the stay (received several emails) and reacted very slowly as soon as the feedback was transmitted. Offering dissatisfied customers a voucher for another trip is also cynical. All in all, great gap between price-performance ratio.
I was in Tatajuba last fall with Kiteworldwide. This was my 3rd time with them (previously Zanzibar and Sicily). The team around the Swiss manager Samuel did a great job. I had a few private lessons with Linus Erdmann (the German master in kitesurfing), who really helped me on. The material (alls core kites) was as always great and the caipis at the bar delicious and cold. I have never experienced as much wind as in Tatajuba. Every day 7er kite. Windy at the same time every day. Definitely not the cheapest way to travel, but you get organized by the Hamburg office and can be sure that the other guests have a certain age and level (my backpacker times are already over longer ..). If you want to party every night, but go elsewhere, Tatajuba is for people who want to kite everyday. Next year I want to go to Cape Town with kww.
I just spent two weeks with Kiteworldwide on Djerba. The team in Hamburg advised me very friendly and competent. The hotel on site was very nicely decorated and clean. The kite station and the spot of the hammer! Top organizes everything, always happy :)
Accommodation and material was very good! The team on site also very nice! Unfortunately, the advice was more or less a lie. Had stressed that I travel alone, but was nevertheless sent to a spot without guests. Was the only guest the whole week ... In addition, a week was not really good wind. The locals had told me that I'm here at the worst time. The advice was that it is very wind secure around the time. In the end it was unfortunately a lot of money for a bad advice and therefore unfortunately a bad holiday. (Spot Djerba, Tunisia | July 2019)
Had a great time in Sicily. The team on site was just great. With the rental package we were well equipped every day. Will be back in the next few years.
Great organization before the start of the trip. All questions were answered immediately and in detail. Everything was also right on site in Sri Lanka, great team, perfect camp.
