My office chair was getting on in years and I decided on a new SITAGPOINT MESH. At home, I noticed that annoying creaking noises came from around the seat, depending on how I moved on the chair. That was not worthy of a Swiss quality product. After initial difficulties in reporting this problem to the SITAG company, all levers were pulled there to eliminate the noises. The chair was replaced twice and the problem was eventually resolved. My dissatisfaction with the product quality and especially with the subsequent interaction with the company was more than made up for! SITAG is a Swiss quality product after all.

Very friendly customer service. The ordering process, which lasted almost 3 weeks, surprised me, unfortunately, there was no information from customer service.
