Very friendly customer service. The ordering process, which lasted almost 3 weeks, surprised me, unfortunately, there was no information from customer service. I also wanted to pick up the spare part directly in Salez in order to avoid unnecessary freight costs and trips (live 5 minutes by bike). It was also great that they have spare parts for my model.
