Siskinds, LLP Review

They are lawyers, they are good at their job, I would use this firm again.

This is an awesome law firm. Maciek Piekosz handles car accidents he explains everything as you go. He takes action and gets results. Fantastic lawyer.

The lawyer I had a consult with didn't want to represent me because of the amount of income I make. She didn't really seem to care what I felt and would just go off of the court papers I received. I left very upset with anxiety through the roof with my first Court Date in 4 days. I originally had a consult appointment with her two weeks before the court date and she rescheduled the morning of the original date and said she was not worried about the time frame. Now I am left unrepresented and in a scramble to find someone. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. All she cares about is getting paid.

this law firm is awful, the assistant shelby really does not pay attention or follow instructions when things are clearly stated. She comes off as entitled she thinks the world should bend to her ignorance. Not to mention she is very rude!

I sent an email to Siskinds in 2016 before my mom passed from non Hodgkin's lymphoma. It took them over a year to tell me NO . Which slowed me down from finding a lawyer who would take it. Now I'm over the statute of limitations and can't sue Round up. YOU KNOW BETTER THAN ANYBIDY you were wasting time. It should never have taken 1.4 years to tell me no. NEVER. I sent them links to use for people who have sued and I truly believe they never looked into it and just wasted my time. THANKS for wasting my time and letting my mom death be in vain. I promised her I'd do this but because it took you guys so long I can't. SUE FOR THE BEES BUT CANT SUE FOR A HUMAN. If you are going to go with Siskinds...please think 2x .

Superb, professional and friendly service. One of the best firms in London and with good reason. Went to these people for assistance in a property assets dispersion matter and they were able to help me efficiently and had great advice to provide. Will go back to them when needed.

I had a great experience with Siskinds. I was able to get in on short notice and had what I needed within 24 hours of meeting with one of the lawyers. The rates were fair for what I requested as well.

I don't often leave reviews but felt it to be necessary with regards to Siskinds. I have been working with Siskinds for about 9 years now for personal & business matters, I cannot say enough good things about this group and the individuals I have worked with regarding my legal matters. Prejudice Company:

Commenced working October 14, 2014 as an Accounting Rep II and forced to resign September 10, 2015, reason: wrongful dismissal Action due to the following:

- Bad faith conduct, where they were untruthful was hired full-time, but discharged the full-time employment in less than a year although I was provided with an excellent performance review and an increment of $1,000!

- Misunderstood, where their decision to dismiss the employee was unlawful. They failed to provide a sufficient notice as well as failed to negotiate a fair severance package.

- Cyber-bullying: They had access to my cell phone, and by doing so, I was forced to change the number and pay $35.

I have yet to receive punitive damages to compensate me for the loss.

Had a great experience with Siskinds. They are working with the VW class action clients and have been incredibly informative and they have had great follow up. Emilie was fantastic!

This firm is in bed with major auto insurance companies. They can only accept certain claims because they can t go against their clients. I found this out after wasting my time. Do not recommend.

Siskinds is a great law firm. They helped me to incorporate and their prices were very upfront. They have been a great help with several other business matters and I would highly recommend their services. No complaints and lots of praise.

Absolutely Terrible. My father is a a fallen firefighter and was killed in a training accident that should never have happened. This law firm has made this entire process worse. We started with them 8 years ago. After the first year, I would sent e-mails and leave voice mails and would receive nothing back. Then after 2 years of hearing NOTHING, I was contacted and told that my case had be transferred to another lawyer in the firm. Spoke to him once and could not get straight answers from him. After this we went to pre trail. Once pre trial was over again I received a couple of phone calls and was told that they were going to do A, B and C, but with ZERO follow through, then again back to hearing nothing.
8 years of this, as if my father being killed ins't hard enough I've had to deal with this on top of everything. Save your time and stay away from this company

Requested from a commercial lawyer there to review a 7 page commercial lease. After few logic requests of corrections to fill any gaps in the lease, I was told by the lawyer "this is review # 10 for the lease" (enough is enough Mr Client). I told the lawyer that I would fix the weak point in the lease by myself and asked for my invoice to end up this fun. She sent an invoice for 999 $! I swear this was not review # 10 for my lease, I swear this is not a customer service and I swear this is not a fair price for the service. I paid the 999 $ and would be never back again. Thanks Siskinds

No follow up, they are just after payment. Felt like I was misled and made to believe they would assist. Never return calls or messages left
