Absolutely Terrible. My father is a a fallen firefighter and was killed in a training accident that should never have happened. This law firm has made this entire process worse. We started with them 8 years ago. After the first year, I would sent e-mails and leave voice mails and would receive nothing back. Then after 2 years of hearing NOTHING, I was contacted and told that my case had be transferred to another lawyer in the firm. Spoke to him once and could not get straight answers from him. After this we went to pre trail. Once pre trial was over again I received a couple of phone calls and was told that they were going to do A, B and C, but with ZERO follow through, then again back to hearing nothing.
8 years of this, as if my father being killed ins't hard enough I've had to deal with this on top of everything. Save your time and stay away from this company
