I think this place is a scam . We have called this place numerous times to get transferred to a voicemail. We have a very important matter and it s unbelievable how careless and unprofessional these people are.
I contacted them about a property I was interested in purchasing. After being transferred to the automated service, I called again- the automated message didn t give information I needed, neither did the website I was told to visit.
The rude receptionist told me Mrs. Johnston would return my call. It s been 2 weeks and I haven t heard from her yet. I will never do business with them.

Overall this office is a joke. However, Lenta is the most amazing thorough person I have ever talked to in this office. Everyone else needs to search for a new job.. I called 3 times and out of the 3 times, Lenta was the ONLY person who took the time to help. Everyone else just said NO before they even asked for my name. It's a joke. Lenta deserves 5 stars.. Everyone else deserves a pink slip.

When someone calls to inquire about status of a foreclosure property auction, it's generally not acceptable to be transferred to an automated message that just tells you to go visit the website. Being rudely told that if the property is not listed on the website, it's not available, is also unhelpful and unacceptable.
