Great campus! Really courteous and helpful people. They also have an indoor slide.

It's an amazing place. Just when you think you're in your Dr office. Surprise you're still in mindbody. It's huge at least 5 huge buildings. Can't wait to explore more.

Before posting this, I read several of the other reviews. It appears people are really happy with the software or they are extremely dissatisfied. My experience has been one of pleasure. I own a small fitness studio and have been managing the software for less than a year. MindBody has been VERY helpful with the learning process, available for any and all questions, and supportive in every way possible. What I like best is that they have a human being available to speak with. I m not much for the online help I would rather have someone walk me through the process. I have logged several hours of phone time with customer service and every single time I speak with them I learn something new. In my opinion it is easy to use and very helpful for my business. I know there are many areas that I have not used or explored, but this is a process I intend to continue.

Mind & Body provided me with excellent customer service - timely and effective training. The tools provided on the website are easy to use. The instance when I could not complete a task to my liking, I reached out to their technical support team for assistance and they were able to assist me in a timely manner. I especially appreciate all of the services MINDBODY provide - marketing your business, accounting - record keeping, etc. Each MINDBODY representative worked with my schedule, were very professional and timely.

Web job application form is super complicated, not allowing anyone with abroad education to fill it. They lie on their web-site that everywhere they recognized as best place to work, but in reality their rating from former employees is very low. Overall verdict: avoid this company

Great program, great company, tech support is above and beyond! I have used for 8+ years and am very satisfied. They are always updating and upgrading the program for more efficient use.

I really like how helpful and nice all the staff is. Whether I call in with a question or when I attended Bold a few months ago, I really feel like MindBody is here to help me succeed. I also really enjoyed Bold. I was impressed with the caliber of speakers and it felt like I was there with family both with the staff as well as all the attendees. I love that the software is specifically for my type of business.
