For a place that positions itself as an upscale establishment, I have to say the experience is quite pedestrian.
There was a brawl in the bar which involved more than 5 people, including personnel, no security tried to intervene in any capacity. Just at some point some people started fighting with each other, there was screaming, the DJ promptly left, the lights were turned on and everyone was asked to leave around an hour before closing time, with our drinks still almost full. No apologies of any sort. Just "Didn't you see that there was a fight?!" As if was our fault that the place had no ability to control what's happening.
To top this quite disappointing experience, the security at the ground floor was incredibly rude and didn't even want to allow us to wait for the uber inside, instead wanted us to go outside, in the rain, despite the fact that we tried to reason that the abrubt end of our evening was the cause we didn't plan properly the arrival of our uber.
It was through and through an awful experience and I'd not be returning and I'd be recommending to people who expect good service, respectful behavior from patrons and personnel, great views and tasty cocktails to go to W Lounge or Juniper & Kin. Madam was just a big disappointment.
