Just a very nice place to have a drink and not even very expensive! Really recommended. And delicious cocktails!

I definitely recommend it, the swing is amazing if you're out there, don't hesitate and enjoy the adventure

Quite touristy and that makes sense. The view is FANTASTIC! The swing is worth the wait. Special to do at that height. But that photo against a "green wall" really isn't necessary guys.

Great skyscraper with fantastic views. A visit is absolutely worthwhile. In good weather TOP and the 13 entrance are worthwhile invested.

Of course, the tower is set for tourists, incl. Shop. But who just wants to see and enjoy, should definitely look over here.

The swing at the top was amazing. The floor cushions were great for lounging and enjoying the scenery.

Fine dining restaurant... Amazing view with delicious food

I earlier visited restaurant Moon in this tower, which is a very good, very nice restaurant which offers very nice food and great service with amazing views. That experience was most satisfying. But this time I wanted to see Wat Madam is all about. I earlier visited Madam during the day for food, which is quite nice. And the views again, the views! When in Amsterdam, visiting the tower is a must. Views are spectacular!

This time we checked Madam out on a Saturday night, when the venue turns into a nightclub. But: not a very classy one I'm sorry to say. More something for tourists. Everything feels a bit cheap I'm afraid. And worse: the soundsystem is not up to the task to fill the venue with nice quality sound, and was even bad, clunky, hollow sounding. Which is a shame, because the people who invested in this venue are all from the Amsterdam music industry... Also the dj disappointed: He almost only played top 40 hits from the 90's... No, nothing classy about that either. It felt like being in an English soccer bar.

I ordered cocktails (nothing really special on the menu, just the usual) and some simple snacks like crisps and a sliced up sausage, because the kitchen had closed. It took a long while for something that didn't need any cooking or 'kitchen efforts' to arrive at our table. When I politely asked, the waiter said I should be thankful that he managed to arrange these anyway, because of the late hour... Okay.

If Madam's views weren't as awesome as they are, I would have given them 2 stars out of the 5 for their interpretation of a nightclub.

Great hours, great views the swing madness pretty high . We will definitely return there as visitors the next time we visit Amsterdam

Great views of Amsterdam!

Nice place to sit in the bar at the top of the tower and have a few beers. We didn't have any food, but it looked great.

What a crappy tent! I don't think it's normal to have to wait half an hour for two drinks. And then the insane prizes. Very unfortunate, because the view is fantastic.

It's nice to chill out here and you have a nice view of Amsterdam.

Restaurant Madam is a beautiful restaurant with delicious refined food and one of Amsterdam's best views

A bit expensive but cool view over Amsterdam. Food is affordable.

The food was tasty and the coffee especially! You even get a small chocolate. Staff very friendly but speak poor English and sometimes poor Dutch. A bit on the expensive side for small portions but the quality is more than worth it.

Yes, it is a tourist trap, but it's also a lot of fun. Our family really enjoyed the experience. The swings are a must!

Great views over the city, lovely (if overpriced) bar. Great way to spend an hour or 2. Hop on the free ferry from Central Station and you're there. I recommend going just before sunset - you get the best views, day and night. 1 cheaper if bought online and you skip the queue to buy tickets. 5 for the swing, which isn't particularly worth it unless it's going to give you a real thrill.

We were not allowed to enter Ma'dam with a coat,
So the doorbitch insisted that I take my coat off for her.
Once we found a nice place to sit, we were sent away again by the man who said 4x that he was the manager.
Then placed somewhere else and they wanted to send us away again ...
We did not feel very welcome.

Nice food with a fantastic view. A little disorganised, quite a few of the orders was forgotten and we didn t know who were really responsible for our table?? The music is sometimes a little loud. This mentioned, it was a nice place I will visit again. If I could give it 4,5 stars, I would.

View is Amazing! You should try the swing, it's fantastic. Love the roof terrace with all the info about Amsterdam, could have more fun facts though.
MADAM restaurant:
The service was nice but inexperienced. As the food was average ok, good portion, but overpriced. With steak you should always ask how you want it, they didn't asked and make the cote du boeuf too well done. I had to say I was a bit disappointed. For that price I would have book myself a table at MOON again, the restaurant 1 level below, that one is a 5 star!

Very nice! Quite a price tag, but certainly with good weather you have a beautiful view. There are discount tickets for families, for example.

The Madam hosts a spectacular view of Amsterdam at night, great friendly staff and an ambiance for the kings.
Seating is a prime so you must get there early, music and DJ are by far the worst I ve ever experienced - such a let down for such a perfect space (you can afford to invest in better sound engineers/djs - not even worth shaking a tail feather on the dance floor).
Overall a good experience.

Can be done, does not have to be. Amsterdam is so beautiful, but it doesn't really fit there. The beauty of Amsterdam cannot be seen from up there.

We had no plans to visit. Seemed like a good idea at the moment, and very glad we did. Don't miss it.

Best view of Amsterdam from the tower. It also has Europe's highest swing which is great experience to have. They also provide you free soft copy of your photos taken on Tower and swing.

The open-air observation deck is top notch! Pun intended. It has a bar, a lot of areas for selfies, and a diagram pointing out what is what in the skyline. Check out the swings! There are a hotel and a few restaurants in the tower also, and it s a do not miss spot. Good way to start or end a trip to Amsterdam!
