I travel all over, but this is my first time here and I love it. It s a smaller hotel but it s clean and feels brand new. The staff are amazing. I ve been here for a day and a woman named Molly continues to help me with whatever I need being super friendly and professional each time.

Restaurant: 1st off Thank you Molly & John for the incredible Service and Ryan for the food. I'm literally sitting in the restaurant at this moment writing this review. Visiting here from Florida and there aren't really any restaurants around and I didn't feel like catching an Uber so I checked the food out. WOW! The food is incredible here. The buffalo chicken wrap and the cheese burger, the fries.. everything was absolutely delicious. I had to give kudos to the chef. Staff was great, smiling and just a great visit. Thanks again for making our evening.
Best part was the wonderful Nancy at the bar. Being in the medical field I understand things have changed, but not getting my room refreshed at least a couple times? Running out of toilet paper and kleenex! I feel like my room got a bit yucky but day 3 of 6. No fridge? It's the Sheraton fir Pete's sake! I guess fancy has gone by the way side. Good price but I question staying here again.
Top notch, as always. I stayed for just one night but was happy with my stay. The grounds were well kept and the place was quiet. My only complaint would have to be that the pillows were too soft but that is a personal preference thing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.
This place was fairly clean with the exception of the hand towels in our room that appeared dirty upon arrival. There pool was nice as well as the exercise room but there was no hot tub. The older gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful throughout our stay and was the highlight for us. All in all however I expected more amenities for the price.
Very cool lobby area! My kids loved the glass elevator. Our dining experience there was excellent. Kristal and Nancy served us, and they were wonderful! All the workers were friendly. Rooms were average. We enjoyed our stay.
The Lobby Bar . I was alone and wanted to enjoy a drink before retiring The Ladies were amazing. Very welcoming ..Service was amazing. Krystal and Nancy made me feel welcome. Knew I was new in town... Made great conversation ... I felt like I was in a very warm and welcoming restaurant.. Very Nice...They did the same when I came back the next night. I will stay again
They made my trip so was much more enjoyable.

The front desk staff was quick and very pleasant. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was just finishing when we got to the room. They made sure we were happy with it before they left. We ate in the restaurant and our waitress was amazing. She was the sweetest woman ever!
We came back from a business trip. Got in to town late at night. We had prepaid for a hotel room so we could stay the night and did not have to drive a couple hours back. Also, we wanted to let our kids swim. This stay was not positive at all. My kids were crying because we ended up not being able to stay because they messed up and did not process our prepaid rate. We were told that that is not how it works. We know how that it works like that because we came down for a wrestling tournament and had done the same thing for that reservation. We are not happy with this hotel.
