We came back from a business trip. Got in to town late at night. We had prepaid for a hotel room so we could stay the night and did not have to drive a couple hours back. Also, we wanted to let our kids swim. This stay was not positive at all. My kids were crying because we ended up not being able to stay because they messed up and did not process our prepaid rate. We were told that that is not how it works. We know how that it works like that because we came down for a wrestling tournament and had done the same thing for that reservation. We are not happy with this hotel.
