Sindbad Beach Resort Reviews

The culinary is not really there! Self worthy of a canteen, no variation in the dishes offered, which are not very good, fortunately the fries and pasta raise the level! LOL The 3 restaurants offered, outside the self-service, are to be prescribed!
The staff is very nice, the pools are nice, but that's not all!

The hotel is not bad, although it needs better hygiene, the sponges on the deck chairs are extremely dirty and stained, the pools are solid, the beach is great as well as the animators on the beach, they really try to make your stay on the beach better. , there is no self-service (because of the crown), but they bring you a menu with a smaller selection of food. Breakfast is the same every day (omelet, boiled eggs, and 4 small sausages, yogurt, jam, butter) to which we are not accustomed, but the waiters and the staff very friendly and helpful as always. The desserts they offer are minimal, 2-3 types of cakes on offer, and fruit on a tray that is all in quarters, also only 3 types (a few grapes, a quarter of an orange and a quarter of an apple). Aqva park is also great. I personally didn't like (I respect everyone's religion) that most of the guests, mostly women and children, bathed in the pools dressed from head to toe, and it didn't work hygienically with so many clothes on. I do not believe that I will come to this hotel again, because it does not meet the conditions as st o it says that it has 4 stars. Personally, we were not satisfied.

Nice stay, a few good years ago. I remembered the hotel so well that I went back there for the second time with my friends. Nice aquapark, very good location in the new part of Hurghada on the boardwalk. Lots of shops and Mc Donalds.

It's great in every way. If only the weather was fine.

Really nice hotel, with good food and quite big aquapark, which can be a fun alternative for a swimming in the sea. Also, the staff is really helpful and kind :). Overall, spending holidays there was a great opportunity to rest well, considering the ever-sunny weather here in Egypt :)

The place is more than wonderful to find all your needs you need graduated far from the area because everything is located in or near them Kofiat restaurants massage markets supermarkets tourism offices and aqua and marine games deserve to visit

A wonderful place and the food is very excellent, but the bar in the lobby needs a large screen to match instead of the very small screen that tires the eye and increases the quality of the picture

Worn out old hotel. Bathroom doors dirty and falling apart from humidity. They charge you extra to access the swimming pool!!
No wifi in rooms!!

In average hotel and service no Wifi access they charge the guest to use the swimming pool the aqua park and even the main pool their resort is under renovations for the third year it is not value from money wise not recommended for the honey mooners

I was there in February, great hotel, great rooms. The pools with the slides were heated.
The only thing we didn't like was the food. Pretty much always the same, but good and tasty!

Been here 3 times this time was the worse the standards have dropped to the last 2 times alot of people was bad from the food 8 had to have a doctor out for my 9year old son weve been back 4days and im still really bad the staff are rude the people out side of the back of the hotel were the shops dont leave you alone and get very mad with you if you dont want to go in there shop will not be returning to this hotel again will try somewhere else and its a real shame as this hotel is in the best spot and was lovely the other 2 times we have been do not get a hair cut from this hotel as they do not no how to cut hair my husband was so mad he had to shave his hair of in the shower after the mess they made... all i can say is its a real shame this hotel standerds have fallen

Been in this hotel since December 6 for two weeks, which I can definitely say is worth going here. The cleanliness is perfect everywhere, in the restaurant, in the room (thanks to Saleh for the cleanliness of our room, everything sparkled), for the food there was nothing but delight: everything is fresh, hot, which is important for us with the child, the territory is green and beautiful (the gardener and try very hard). At the reception, the girl settled us right away, we liked the number. The slides are very cool, there are places for adults and children to ride (hi to Yasser - a very friendly person) Another big hello to the animation team, especially Lisa, we are not very active in this regard, but our child decided in his own way, and somehow we quietly made friends all the guys are great - fun and unobtrusive .
In general, it is clear that everyone in their place, the work is coordinated. Thanks to the Sindbad club team for a great stay, I want to come to you more than once!

Good and healthy prepared food with many vegetarian options! Friendly staff and great facilities. Location is excellent and near the sea, where a part of the hotel restaurant is located.

Had an excellent 11 days stay here. The staff couldn't do enough. The facilities are very good. Food is excellent. Being egypt only drink bottles water and plenty of it.

I used to stay in the Sindbad Hotel every vacation, a wonderful and quiet place, cleansers everywhere, and all the employees are friendly and highly trained, including Mister Magdy Khalil in management, Mister Muhammad Abdel Ati at the reception, Mister Omar and Master Sanad in the restaurant room 1037

Hotel is very large, for 1800 people. Little town. Everything is well organized, employees try their best to satisfy guests. The pools are great but with this heated water it is a bit of a fake. Only in the main pool is the water a little warmer. Private beach and Approx. Unreservedly. Food too much, good and a choice for every taste. Drinks also good for the Egyptian standard. Christmas Eve with splendor And earlier on the beach a show with animations and Santa Claus. After Christmas Eve also a show and a disco. Every day show and something different every day. 7 days flew very quickly.

A large complex consisting of three hotels located on a nice avenue with shops and restaurants. Daily animations organized by the beach. Tasty and varied food. Nice service.

The only good thing was the aqua

The bad things
1- no drinking water in the room
2- no boiller nor tea /coffer bag in the room although I asked room service 3 times, but never had
3- old fashon 20" monitor
4- I have selected a room, but found that there is a door between my room and next room. So I had to hear thenoise from them all the night
5-No slipper in the room
I don't recommend at all.

Food is very low to basic, not very tasty. Personnel book places by the pool for customers for tips, very unfair for people showing up early and cannot find sunbed. Localization is good but not too much to do arround. But they do have an amazing and friendly pelican...go see him.

Clean rooms (a bit outdated), friendly staff, lots of choice at the all-in buffet. Good location on boulevard with shops. Been in November, could be way too busy in high season, was already on the edge of too busy ... swimming pool at the aqua park surrounded by sand, large beach on the other side of boulevard.

We lay one day with our dive boat in the Sindbad Marina. Throughout the day there are babbles from entertainers on the beach of Sinbad.

Very, very bad hotel for the following reasons:
It has the largest swimming pool, and this is what appears on the hotel s private page for foreigners only and for Egyptians at 250 pounds per person per day

The largest restaurant and this is the one that has a picture on the individual page at 250 pounds per day
And the other main restaurant is not air-conditioned and open and flies to eat and there is no variety in the items
Note: The room price for two people is 1,200 pounds per night, honestly, I don t know what comprehensive if the pool and restaurant have extra money
There is no garage inside the hotel for cars the first time I see a hotel without a garage and the cars are left on the street for the entire stay in the hotel
The last thing and this is the best thing. The same room number was given to another guest and the room was opened while we were in it
I do not recommend anyone to visit the hotel

Rested in September 2018. The number of rooms is very tired, in need of repair. We didn t like alcohol at all. Liked the Italian restaurant and service in it. The animation is not interesting.

Pathetic customer service by most Staff, including the night manager. Discrimination towards Egyptians over foreigners and rooms are quiet outdated. Staff need to treat everyone nicely and equally.

Bad food, bad wifi, bad service, bad pool rules and okay entertainment end of statement.

I have visited the place several times over many years, from the old building to the huge existing building. It should be 4 stars, I am a 3-star alternative. And it lacks enough publicity to attract tourists from home and abroad.

When guest fight and smash the place up, you expect the police or the management to remove them from the hotel, so the other uests can enjoy their remaining holiday. This ruined our stay at this hotel as otherwise it's a good resort. Management let us down by letting the mad drunken families stay which made is feel uncomfortable. Probably won't stay here again.

Themed restaurant good food but after 45 minutes you have to go outside. Bring the appetizer to the main course. Chairs in proportion table not to do table too low .. very painful to sit forward while eating.

"-": 1. The staff can enter your room in your absence and without notifying you about it.
2. At the reception, Egyptian administrators tried to cheat with ordering flowers in the room: they called the price in dollars three times more than it was indicated in Egyptian pounds. When asked what the price was in pounds, they said that they did not understand Russian.
3. Some employees did their work reluctantly and with the look as if I still have to pay them extra for the fact that they work here.
4. The hotel Wi-Fi is not working well.

2.Good sandy beach. Comfortable entrance to the sea.
3. The presence of a water park.
4. Enough free sun loungers.
5.Variety of food and drinks included in all inclusive.
6. Cozy room. Nice view from the window.
7. Show program in the evenings for children and adults.
8. Free of charge check-in if you arrive earlier than 14:00 and do not rush to check out on the day of departure.

Enjoyed there. Friendly staff. Food is not that good. Rooms are clean and big. Aqua park is good.

The hotel is good enough for the price we paid. Beautiful green territory. Clean room. Nice helpful staff. Good animation. I only didn't like the food, it was poor and tasteless (except New Year eve). Also i want to admit excellent organization of New Year celebration. I didn't expect it would be so cool. We had really good Happy New Year celebration!

Super nice hotel, a pity that the beach is undergoing renovations because it is even nicer to stay, the beach is open and there is no hindrance from the renovation, I come here regularly and very much like it, highly recommended, super friendly staff, lots of variety in food and beautiful shows and entertainment every day. JUST DO IT !!!!

Great slides both for kids and adults, great food especially in Sindbad Club restaurant and deacent in Botanica restaurant. Super location next to a promenade with plenty of shops and restaurants. Minuses for toilets that are way too far from the pools for a kid to make it and for pool bars in the Aquapark. If I want to get a coffe I have to go to one pool bar and for cold drinks and ice creams to the other which is on the other side of the resort :-(. All together good value for the money and will definitely come back :-)

Fantastic hotel complex with various dining rooms, sun loungers with towel service and swimming pool + children's pool. Appart aquapark and private beach with lounge chairs and bar / dining room. The rooms are austere and the bathroom can get a coat of paint but the staff is super friendly and helpful. In the restaurant, the starters and desserts are provided by a star chef! There is a very large choice and everything is super fresh.

There are a lot of tourists there. As in a large perivolochny base, pulls three stars, for food, it could be better, all the staff are asking for chiivny, they love Russian tourists, but the wish is not very clean, but it seems to be cleaned, the water park is packed with Egyptians, they can also relax there, you can say that there are tourists from all regions of the world there. Entertainment is cheap. You can go there without a travel ticket, the Savage arrived and on the spot ordered a room in the hotel.

Great resort for young and old, had super 8 days with sunshine, great food and drinks. Have fun in the aqua park for the kids. Staff from reception to housekeeping perfect

Hotel very clean, nice and nice. Aquapark very large . Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very tasty. Rooms at a high level.

It is not all inclusive, and as such it is sold. Food desperate on the basis of menus. Breakfast the same every day and very modest. For lunch and dinner spaghetti and three of the same dishes also every day. For dessert, two cakes of your choice or halves of dried fruit (apples, oranges, grapes). The staff is not in the mood to work. You have to complain to be kinder. Enough of not even receiving this hotel from last year. Which is not the case for some other hotels, and at the same time cheaper.

Service not so great only cause relation between chef's and staff... Also there is huge difference between guest's what they make on purpose but in reality, there is no huge difference in ranking of guests... All inclusive is all inclusive, you cannot eat more of the other people....
