Good afternoon! recently arrived from Egypt. We chose the Sinbad aqua club hotel. We travel very often, all the time to different hotels. And .. HURA !!!! not in vain. We flew from the anextours, everything is fine, only the hotel guide did not like it. They lure on excursions, they promise a lot, and the excursions are not cheap (But everything else is just SUPER !!!

We are in Egypt 8 times .. but such delicate pancakes for breakfast were tasted for the first time. For lunch and dinner, there is always a lot of variety in meat dishes, there is even pork, fish. There is a children's table .. delicious food there you can eat for adults. The potato is awesome yummy, and in different versions. FRUIT is there, mostly a lot: melon, orange, gray, dates, guava, pomegranate. We got to the season of persimmon and figs. BANANAS. BAKERY .. that's something! pastries, jellies, nuts, halva, and huge cakes! SUSHI. SEA)) for us this is the most important BEAUTIFUL! You don't have to go far along the pantone. and children are good, but how cool adults! The Red Sea is the most beautiful sea! clean, playful, sparkling. Near the shore is full of fish for children .. There is a museum on the pier, who will definitely visit. Go to the sea% minutes if very slowly and with children, and so .. 3 minutes and you're there. In between the main meals, you can always grab a bite to eat at the Snack Bar, There are also sandwiches, cakes, donuts, french fries, ice cream) The area is large, very well-groomed and green, they clean up all the time, we saw pelicans! the hotel has wi fi. We liked the hotel very much. Next year we will come only to SINDBAD.

Magnificent the most beautiful trip of my life everything was there the sun, the sea, the swimming pools, the massages, the excursions, the comfort of the hotel, the kindness of the staff and the varied and abundant food. In short it was MAGICAL

Not so modern but we had a great time. Most of the people working there are so helpful. The water games are fun. Food is ok. Not so far from the beach, a 10 minute walk. The Tvs are old.
Worst holiday we have ever had. My wife and I and our 2 sons aged 13 and 14 stayed there for 2 weeks in July in 2018. We booked a family room but upon a 1 minute inspection requested 2 rooms elsewhere. The room was not as advertised, smelt and was grotty. The 2 rooms we moved to were above the main restaurant and although the rooms were slightly better we had to put up with the smells of the restaurant. The food was absolutely disgusting throughout the 2 weeks. We ended up trying to eat every night in one of the 3 themed restaurant where the food became the same old menu. Eventually we ended up eating out of the hotel. My wife got food poisoning after a week which she suffered with for another week and were eventually moved again to the newish area where the rooms were better but the whole place is dated and grotty. We met lots of families who also fell ill sometimes ending up overnight in the local hospital. The only plus sides were the weather and the dolphin trip we went on. I am not sure who writes the reviews but top tip, don't go there. You pay for what you get. We met

Heaven in hell !!! The hotel is beautiful, the service is top notch, but when you leave the hotel complex, it's like falling into another dimension, clutter, dirt, people rushing to sell something and getting bored. So all in all, hotels 10ka, Hurghada ZERO

Bjr I am not used to complaining but I do not find it called a 5 star on the day the room we were supposed to have it was not at all the picturesque bathroom and in terms of meals it is was not that at all the Christmas dish delivered the next day and on next day.
The hard plastic glasses we couldn't see through so much that they passed and I pass

I liked the hotel four times. The location is very good. The beach is great. Great. The entrance to the sea is good. I liked the water park too. The hotel always has something to do. The animation works great. I liked the food very much, especially the seafood; of course, I always want more.

I've just came back from two lovely weeks at sinbad club hotel. Fantastic selection of food breakfast, lunch and dinner spoilt for choice. Beach, pools and slides was all lovely plenty of sun loungers and pool/ beach towels provided. Animation team was fab. Everywhere was kept cleaned all staff was very polite and would do anything for you to make sure you had a lovely stay. Check in was quick and our cases were taken to our room . Bottled water was provided for each person occupying the room. Clean towels provided daily if left them on the floor and clean bedding when you left the card on the bed.
I've only got to things to moan about. Need more toilet blocks to far apart from other side of pools on the aqua park and when in restaurant you have to walk all the way round into the lobby area.
Not sure if it was the owner of the hotel he gave my granddaughter a hat as it was very hot last week.
Wifi signal was really hit and miss.
I've not marked the score down as I feel this would be wrong to.

Delicious dishes both in the main restaurant and a la carte. The kitchen and restaurant staff do their best and work as expected. I would even like to show some compatriots at what pace and under what conditions you can work! But it's a restaurant ... The rooms are visited daily by a peaceful, but the activities are limited to making beds, changing towels and refilling toilet paper and water. Bed linen changed once. The bathroom is not cleaned at all, even before our arrival.
The beach is sandy, but it is better to have water shoes (there are stones in the water)

Unfortunately, part of the aquapark was closed, which was not known before.
The lobby is very large, comfortable and comfortable.

Awesome place 2 campuses by beach and across street. Tours off beach part of hotel reasonably priced too. Breakfast was good. Room more than adequate! Also, great customer service as hotel let me check in-early coordinated gobus ticket to Luxor.
It has all the facilities you'd want, good food, animation team, night shows, everything and most importantly it's got nice spirit that makes you feel you belong to the place
Overall very let down. When we first arrived we were put into a room which looked like it had not been cleaned in months and the bathroom smelled like rotting sewage. The room was facing the Main Street on the lowest level so real close to the noise. Because of this we asked to swap rooms. This took from 8pm when we first got into the hotel to 11pm just to get a new room. We were told to go to the new room and our bags would be brought to our new room. At this point we also asked for a baby cot to be brought up as well. From here I called and went down to see the reception 5 times over the next two hours to see if we had any news on our bags being brought up and a baby cot being brought up. After all the staff telling me to wait 10 minutes over and over I decided to carry my family s bags up from floor 1 to floor 6 myself. Going up and down the stairs over and over was exhausting and took me around 30 minutes. During this time the cot had still not been delivered so again I called reception. The phone was answered by YES YOUR COT IS ON ITS WAY!! ..... rude but progress.
This new room we were in was miles better then the first but still was not nice at all. We were still facing the busy street which played music until 2am which kept my wife and baby awake. This wasn t helped by the fact the door to the balcony was loose and only shut by a screw in the door handle. None of the doors to the cabinets shut properly and every bed base was heavily stained.
We woke up the next morning completely un relaxed and went to breakfast. It was here we found out there is no service at all. I know it was a buffet style arrangement however there was no staff bringing anyone drinks. You had to go to the bar, queue up, order and bring them to your dining table yourself. This was the case for every meal.
After breakfast we asked the receptionist if we could have more water in our room as we had 3 adults and 1 baby staying there and it took 1 bottle of water to sterilise my baby s bottles and 1 bottle of water to make 1 bottle of SMA milk and he drinks 3 bottles per day.
The receptionist told me we had already had our allowance of water for that day and we would only be given 4 bottles per day.
Wow I m going on a rant here..... if you don t want to carry on reading I don t blame you.
Just note; Egypt is a beautiful place, definitely go just don t stay in this hotel.
For my wife and my anniversary we asked Thomas Cook to request a little something to be done, we also asked the hotel manager if we could have a meal in one of the Al-a-carte restaurants. He d said of course we could and he also said that after our meal we would be coming back to a special surprise in our room. This all sounded amazing.
We went to the restaurant at the given time and they had no clue about our anniversary. Literally wasn t expecting us at all. Luckily enough the Thomas Cook rep was around and noticed the mistake so he asked the head chef to come out and speak to us and cook us something fresh. This was a great recovery all thanks to Kahalid, the TC rep. We had a nice meal and headed back to the room. I m sure you can guess what our surprise was when we got to our room.... nothing. Nothing at all. At this point we smiled as this was the hotel in a nutshell.
I m sure people do have a nice time in this hotel, i just don t think it s a very family friendly hotel.
Absolutely amazing can't saying enough the staff and service outstanding and the food is fantastic lots of choice only downside but not the hotels fault is adults around the kiddie pool so parents with children are forced to sit around the adult pool which is frustrating when you have a 3 year old wanting to play in the pool all day and doesn't understand why she can't
Single ROOM, FULL board, all inclusive, great beach, massive swimming pool, water slides, 4 star hotel, for $ 30 a night, you can't get better value for your money any where else in the world

The worst hotel ever with the worst service, food, facilities, amenities, and cleanliness. The hotel staff are rude and unprofessional. The food is disgusting and rotten. The hotel is filthy and room service is horrible. No parking spots for guests, people are expected to park in the street. The whole experience was hell and I will never step a foot in there.

This hotel used to be one of the best in hurghada, I feel sorry for them now that they don't renew their services any more, even almost all the staff are getting rude, not like before.
No more cleaning at least 4 days a week.... Naah it's only once per week and thats realy awful.
You have to pay for every single service and almost nothing inclusive.
I really hope that one day they take care of this hotel again!!!

I do not know what to say except that Sindbad does not deserve the money we have paid. A disappointed 300 short because everything is limited. The rooms do not have a safe ... no hygiene anything that comes under the arrangement can be used and if there were 0 I would rate it that way. They never visit this hotel again because I have lost the will to Egypt. Disaster!
We were on vacation in Egypt in September 2019. The hotel is located in a large space with several pools, including a large pool with sun loungers, a paddling pool for children, and a pool with artificial waves. In addition, there are several slides that provide an unforgettable experience. Sun loungers and a bar are available on the beach and by the pool. Animations and evening Night Show are organized daily. The big disadvantage is the lack of internet in the entire hotel, but this problem can be solved by buying an Egyptian SIM card from the neighbors opposite the hotel ;-) As for food, everyone can find something for themselves, as there are several restaurants - Gusto, Botanica and two themed , Italian and really recommendable Asian restaurant. The service is very helpful, polite and contact. Strives to meet all guests' expectations. Similarly, like local residents, who can be found on the promenade of El Mamsha. The rooms are cleaned daily by a housekeeping master. Another plus is the proximity to the airport - just a few kilometers. In addition, the perfect weather was perfect throughout the stay, over 30 degrees every day :-) Therefore, we rate holidays as very successful ;-)
the hotel is generally okay, but when it comes to the kitchen, and basically about the way of serving meals, it is a disaster .......... too small canteens in relation to the number of guests which resulted in a constant lack of cutlery, plates and seats at the tables . The ubiquitous mess took away the appetite. In addition, during my week-long stay in the Aqua Park, the snack bar was closed at all (and was to be from 10-17). My son does not like the food that was served, so the lack of a snack bar meant that we had to visit Mac a couple of times. Aqua park is okay, the rooms are also nice, the location of the hotel is also a plus ..... but the whole spoils "food".

Hotel is great, especially with the two sister hotels, which can also be used.
The food tastes delicious, the facility has been significantly improved from last year to this year. Staff is super super friendly, they almost read your wish in your eyes.

The hotel is huge, the people are trying, sometimes, it depends on whom you meet (at the reception) elsewhere people are absolutely golden. If you leave 1 dollar in your room every day to clean you up beautifully but if you forget 1 day, nothing happens, sometimes the staff in the rooms can not count a bit, because we were in the room two but the water or towels about 2 times only for one. We did not like the aquapark very much, there was not such a perfect use, the main pool was better and it was more refreshing and the empty one. food was not much, repetitive, etc. Overall, to pay for it by the sea or the pool, and do not solve anything, trip to the dolphinarium recommended, but the hotel does not recommend for a longer vacation than for 7 days. Not bad.
