Enjoy your vacation in it with good service and good 4 stars hotel good one but not very good

Very nice hotel. Rooms could do with a refresh but otherwise all good.

in this hotel a very nice, nice waiter called Ahmed Abdullah is working and always willing to help always smiling I'm a very demanding person but this boy won the hearts of all my family more such waiters

I visited it but did not stay in it is a privileged place

SINDBAD AQUA PARK RESORT 4
Sindbad club-type hotel with a water park, hotel 3 in 1. Suitable for active families, young students. Huge heated pool and animation for adults and children. There are villas, brand new rooms, and rooms for the disabled. Above the pitchforks on the roof, there are cabans (free of charge) to the sea 350m. The beach area is pleasant, not windy, there is a restaurant and a bar. A pier, you can snorkel ... and then a large beach with a sad, gentle approach! Nearby is a large shopping center.

We had a great holiday here in December 2019 with the kids. Kids pool was nice and warm, main wave pool is not heated. Waterslides are awesome for a 4 year old. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are older, but very clean. We did have a lot of mosquito's, I do not know if that is normal this time of year.
Food was good, and diverse enough, even sushi once.
Beach is really nice, and there are plenty of beach beds.
Submarine was nice, and well worth it.

Clean amenities, friendly staff that understands English, well cooked meals. Just needs some small renovation and Wi-Fi speed improvement.

Went for a week just before Christmas

food better than expected - you always hear scare stories but it was all fine and good hygiene was good from what we could see. A la carte restaurants were average (portions were small but you could always pop to the buffet restaurant afterwards)
Buffet restaurants were very good, make sure you try the one at the other hotel, gusto, as they have a wider variety and specials (like veal and red snapper) and they have bacon available for breakfast (which was a surprise in a Muslim country)

Service was also excellent, they have a lot of staff available, also a small tip of a few GBP goes a long way

Drinks were average, yes its all inclusive and they don't skimp on drinks but choice is rather limited, they do charge extra for fresh juice

There's also two hotels (well and a beach hotel, so technically 3) which are by each other. We received access to all three hotel facilities through tui as did the other guests who arrived with us. Not sure if this will change year round. Pools and slides were clean and large at all 3 hotels. Plenty of loungers available everywhere.

Finally local area was fairly quiet as far as Egypt goes. Was a few people outside who try and pull you into shops but the exit by the spa had a couple of local supermarkets which were quiet and had fixed prices (no haggling!)

All in all a pretty good experience

Generally not bad hotel, attentive staff, good food, nice swimming pool and aqua park. But very old and ugly rooms with furniture in bad condition. Cleaning is not perfect - lots of dust and they have mopped only once in 7 days. Balcony doors have no noise isolation whatsoever, same as the entrance doors.

Good location. Mamsha is a calm, quiet place. There are places for walking, shopping and relaxation. Hotel with direct access to its own beach. Food is not very high quality and monotonous.

Excellent place, most of the staff were friendly, service was fast and efficient, always clean, so many swimming pools and the aqua park was a big plus. Wifi was just available outside of rooms.

Nice hotel, clean overall but starting to age, the rooms are classic and well equipped but the furniture dates a bit, ventilation is a bit noisy, the shower is not very practical because no swivel knob and jet too strong (we put everywhere) otherwise everything is fine. Very nice swimming pools and well-shaded surroundings, nice restaurants, good food, very active staff, sometimes too quick to get rid of dishes that are not finished, but always with a smile. So, overall, very good stay.

Rooms and some areas of the hotel needs renovation and updating service is good people is helpful but they have a dress code on going to the pool area which is strange no borkini
I wish i came in a different time since its a public holiday and the hotel is fully booked and the quality of service get affected they never open the buffet or snack bar in time and never ready ,same food after a couple of days you get bored

Barely a 3 star hotel, rooms are outdated with no safe, tall mirror nor iron machine inside, the beds produce horrible sound, there was a construction in nearby room which required us to move to another room, and the other room had a very poor isolation to the next room that you can actually hear other guests, the food was good except desserts which was awful, the beach as well was good.

It was perfect.
Massive rooms with balcony.
3 different restaurants to eat from.
All inclusive options were great. Perfect for kids.
Private beach for residents.
Plenty to do.
Friendly staff
Good size pool.

Excellent Quality implemnted in place , the entertainment is excellent , daily shows and kids shows , also very good and professional chefs , we tryed the lebanese resturant and it was amazing , they have daily diffrient theme in the resturant , and very tasty kids buffet and the food is always avilable , it was really good vacation

If it was right on the sea it would have been five stars

Great hotel :-) the only downside was the mosquitos which were plenty and unfortunately bitterly hurt our son.

6th floor Zm.619 would be cleaned by great room boy Sammy! He is a nice guy. He cleaned the rooms perfectly every 14 days for us and always asked if we were okay !?
Beach great, aqua aerobics every day and much more. Disco, concerts and friends everywhere!
we always filled each other safely. at everyone out and entrance there was a security!
There was endless food and drink to suit every taste!
great trips, spa, massage, shopping. everything is here.
I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

One of the best hotels I stayed in .The service was excellent and the choice of food very good.i was in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

Had a really great holiday .. the hotel was spotless ... the staff were wonderful and very friendly ... the aqua park was such fun... at times the food wasn't the greatest but that doesn't mean that we didn't find something to eat that was OK

The Sindbad submarine trip was special. You can admire the flora and fau of the underwater of the great red

The hotel is well placed, staff and services are all excellent.

Just wonderful. Great food, beach, activities by animation team! Aqua park with water slides and big wave pool. One cannot really fault this place as they really try to please their guests.

The food is very tasty in the restaurant "Botanika", located on the territory of the hotel
The animation is rather weak, after the performances, there was not even the organization of any disco for young people.
The second time I would not go to this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and my holiday in general also food was fine but the entertainment is extremely boring wether it was the endless dance shows pretty much every night or the very few other types of entertainment which were small room suiting that don't really work in a larger entertainment area like a lonely juggler or the beauty contest with horrible games that have very little energy to them. They really need a far better mix of entertainment types a few singers, a magic show which gets the audience involved etc even karaoke a few times a week would begreat.

There is a bad dealing with the time share members always problem in the preservation everytime they are saying no preservation no office in Cairo to deal with the company and they refusing to let us choose the room view and limited us in the specific rooms only , they didn't place the same sizes of the towels of the pathroom in the day of house keeping just place a small towels didn't useful in the shower and they were refusing to change the Beach towels everyday .. how can the guest use the same one everyday on the beach ?? It will lead to an infection The Time share members are the first who paid for them to create this hotel and they have the right to deserve the best and perfect deal ... It was a bad memory of the place

good hotel, good service, good food, sometimes in need of a little renovation. Good pool and slide landscape, unfortunately the beach was separated from the hotel by a street.

Very nice powerful hotel located near the center of Hurghada.
To the sea with its own beach only 200m, swimming pools with slides next to the building.

Monotonous grub like everywhere in such a hotel, as you hit the old room is a tragedy, refurbished approx. Beach great

It's ok here, but there are better houses here. Food ok, rooms a bit old and the entertainment definitely too loud. Sleep early is not here.
